James Mastrantonio is one of the best people I know at building deep relationships with his clientele just beyond selling them luxury fashion. Starting his career working at the flagship store for Valentino on Rodeo Drive in LA, James made his way to New York to manage the major department store business for Giorgio Armani where he grew sales double digits year over year purely through the power of strong relationships (with clients as well as with the other salespeople, the tailors, and pretty much anyone he came in contact with).
