Like many others that work directly with brick and mortar retailers, Krista and Lea were at the ready to help retailers wherever possible during the first round of retail lockdowns. During the summer I had the chance to speak with them about what they saw after the first round of lockdowns, and now this still seems more fitting than ever as many cities brace for a second lockdown.

Even though it still feels like everyone in retail is still learning to assemble a parachute in the middle air, there is a ton to be learned from every phase of this year, and looking back at the learnings to learn and implement new things forward is absolutely ESSENTIAL.
