Next, they chat with Clare's RCN Newly Qualified Nurses Network co-lead, and student representative on the RCN Professional Nursing Committee, Kendal Moran. Then they finish up by talking to Dave Dawes, the newly elected Chair of RCN Council. In turn, Clare and Craig ask all three what more the College could be doing to support newly registered nurses.
