Today we are joined by Joe Saunders, General Manager - Business Integration, Development & Delivery at Risk 2 Solution Group. This is Joe’s 2nd time on the podcast, talking about customer violence in retail.

Unfortunately the abuse of Retail staff from aggressive customers is increasing and in a survey conducted by the National Retailers Association, over 88% of retail workers interviewed had experienced abuse from customers, whilst over 85% of workers had experienced verbal or physical abuse whilst trying to prevent crime. So today we talk about – Is the customer always right ? Is this the “new normal” for retail ? How can we prevent it ?
