The Retired Excited podcast explores the options and activities involved in an excellent retirement. We talk to happy people enjoying their retirement doing things they have dreamed of all their lives. We explore the hobbies, sports and passions which get them up excited every morning, and energize their days. I don't dwell on financial advice for retirees, except for the 'must do' basics, because there are hundreds of sources available for that information, and because I don't believe finance should be the central issue in retirement. Here we concentrate on travel, life skills, connection to community, hobbies and sports, and volunteering to support to those in need. After more than forty years of work, I for one enjoy learning new skills, connecting with those around me and adding value where possible.
