Episode 72!

Meet Zoe Thompson. 

Zoe grew up in the town of Bristol in the United Kingdom, a sporty, active kid who dreamed of one day being part of the UK Police Service.  She accomplishes that dream and served for over a decade in a job she thoroughly enjoyed. 

Tragedy hit close to home when a close childhood family friend was killed in the coordinated terrorist bombings of the London bus and subway lines on July 7, 2005.  Zoe's family was rocked by this loss and Zoe found herself adrift. 

A family funeral flipped the switch as she recognized the gift of her life and that she needed to get back to living.  After taking stock of her health, she decided to focus on getting back into shape. On a dare, Zoe found herself learning and excelling at the sport of Strongwomen competition and rose to the highest of levels on the international stage.

Zoe now coaches people feeling stuck, frustrated and overwhelmed and helps them thrive and find their way to being the best version of themselves.
