This week, I’m interviewing Raewyn Guerrero, the Gutsy Executive Coach, and Founder of Well Works, an online Functional Medicine Practice and Corporate Wellness Consultancy. Raewyn became her own boss and an entrepreneur after 10 years in the corporate world. After experiencing burnout from her anxiety and IBS, and realizing conventional medicine had nothing to offer her, she retrained in Functional Medicine with a mission to create a business that empowers business owners, entrepreneurs, and others to achieve their best through personalised nutrition and mindset, focusing on that connection between the gut and the brain. She is a strong advocate for self-care as healthcare, and understanding our 'why' above anything else. Her company Well Works is overseen by a Medical Doctor and Functional Nutrition Practitioners, but goes beyond the traditional 15 minute appointments to offer 90 day transformational programs, for those who want to reverse aging, illness and perform at their best.
