REVOLUCION RECORDS presents:REVOLUCION RADIO

Since bursting onto the scene back in the summer of 2007 with their well received debut release "Pain Killing Pills" by a then relatively unknown young producer called Malcolm Abdilla (now highly regarded himself under his "deepfunk" guise), Revolucion Records have gone on to establish themselves at the forefront of the thriving underground tech-house scene. Launched with an ethos focused on quality underground music made for specifically for the dancefloor. they have spent the past seven years building themselves a fine reputation among the underground elite, becoming highly regarded amongst their peers as one of the most consistant, forward thinking labels to emerge over the past few years. Their success not only measured by an impressive back catalogue of music which now spans almost 100 releases and overwhelming support for their music from a whole host leading players as diverse as Dubfire, Roger Sanchez, Luciano, Richie Hawtin, Dave Seaman, Dj Sneak, Andy Cato, Marco Bailey, Nick Warren, Marco Carola, Ferry Corsten, Paul Van Dyk, Sander Kleinenberg but more importantly their loyal, clued up fan base stretching across all corners of the globe.

After seven years of having their music smashing dancefloors worldwide the team are now set to hit the airwaves with their new radio show REVOLUCION RADIO, where each and every month label boss Mark Ellison brings the dancefloor to your living room, office or where ever you are with two hours of non stop underground house and techno beats recorded live and direct at the Revolucion HQ.

REVOLUCION RECORDS

REVOLUCION RECORDS : BIOGRAPHYIt now seems such a long time ago since their debut release "Pain Killing Pills" by Malta based Dj/Producer Malcolm Abdilla first brought Revolucion Records to everyone`s attention back in the summer of 2007. Since then the team behind this fully digital imprint have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to achieve their current status as one of a growing number of quality, up and coming Uk based independant labels. A label that`s know for releasing quality underground beats made strictly for the dance floor. Now well into their third year all their hard work and long hours in the office certainly seem to be paying dividends with their success not only measured by their ever expanding back catalogue of quality music which now boasts a new release every 2/3 weeks, but also by the overwhelming support their music has received from a whole host of leading Dj's such as Roger Sanchez, Ricky Ryan, Simon & Shaker, Ricky Stone, Thomas Gold, Disciples Of Sound, Fergie and Eric Entrena amongst others. While mostly concentrating on showcasing the many varied sounds of their hand picked team of highly talented young producers from their own artist rosta they do occasionally work alongside more established names within the industry, but its their fine choice of artists that really defines that undergound sound that Revolucion have become known for. A team assembled from as far afield as South America, the US, Europe and the Uk, each one known for pushing forward new ideas with their music, costantly looking to break to down some of the barriers that exist within the underground music scene today...
