Once again I apologize for the untimely posting of this BUT nontheless I'm back with another episode! It's almost midnight Monday July 23rd and I recorded this 5 days ago on Wednesday the 18th. I went into it like alot of my other episodes, no questions written down and just going with the flow. It was informational and crazily enough, even funny at times hearing the stories of how two of my high school friends suffered from eating disorders and how they got through it. I think it's definitely worth listening to and worth sharing with anyone who might find it interesting or anyone who might be going through it as well.
