This week's episode is all about the hard stuff. This past week was really hard, with the passing of a friend and the completion of Amy's first ultra-marathon and Matthew's not first one. We share some lessons we picked up along the journey of preparing for this week and also what God spoke to us while we went through the lonely and difficult experience of the ultra itself. 
We also discuss the importance of healing and asking for help, and how that has looked for Amy this year. 
Even though this is all about leaning into and not away from the hard stuff, we hope you are encouraged as well. Because  joy inevitably coincides with the difficult times, if you keep your eyes on Jesus.
