Emotions flood our body on a daily basis.  
They're all trying to tell us something.  Oftentimes, we're flooded with things like fear,  anxiety, stress, we get triggered over something that may not seem like a big deal but truth is, they're affecting our lives.  

What if they  could energetically be pulled out?  Healed at an energetic level? 
In this episode, I talk with my friend Andrea, who is an emotion energy healer.  YES we are passionate about the healing and helping women release what's no longer serving them but  you are also going to laugh and be VERY entertained (I mean we ARE both air signs so prepare for giggles!) and also REAL talk including some TMI around the body.

Andrea is an emotion energy healing practitioner, universal pendulum practitioner, min and body energy healer and pain trigger point & release practitioner.  
After a great deal of interest, research, reading and training, Andrea received her certification as an Emotion Energy Healer and Universal Pendulum Practitioner.  In addition to releasing large emotions affecting the mind and body, she also has the ability to identify and explore specific situations and release all emotions connected to them.  With this knowledge and experience, she has further enhanced her ability to focus in on trigger point body pain and release it.
