Clinical presentations of atrial fibrillation can vary from no symptoms whatsoever, to severe cardiovascular compromise. This begs the question - what is the best way to assess a patient in AF? To digoxin or not to digoxin? And what is the role of pulmonary artery isolation and other non medical management?
