I used to dread all the back-and-forth emails to try and schedule meetings. This was such a drag that I hesitated to offer to meet. Now I have two booking forms that make scheduling a 20-minute chat or up to two-hour meeting a piece of cake.Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM) - If I had to sum up why my book launch was so successful, I would say it was because I sent personalized messages with polite persistence. Mail merge made that possible.
