Story:

Follows the day in the life of two cops: Marcus Hammer & Russell Jordan who patrol the mean streets of Soak South.

Marc the 'hammer' is a detective with an axe to grind while Jordan is new to this line of work.

Both cops on the beat, in a town where respect is best left at the door and its citizens share more in common with a zoo during tourist season.
