2020 has been a ridiculously rough year, but we are proud of #BLM and are committed to continuing the pursuit of a fairer, more equal world. Beyond the major examples of racism and prejudice in the news, POCs face microaggressions everyday. It's time to do our part, educate ourselves and others, and call that behavior out!

According to Dictionary.com, a microaggression is “a statement, action, or incident regarded as an instance of indirect, subtle, or unintentional discrimination against members of a marginalized group such as a racial or ethnic minority.”
