Kristen shares her experience with Breast Implant Illness and how that was a gateway into the health and diet world for her as well as a reason for starting their family homestead. We talk about how her husband also decided to start the raw primal diet by Aajonus Vunderplanitz after she did, and how they made the decision to get their kids on the diet as well.
