Use mailer to provide value before you present your offer. Practically, in your email campaign that could be composed of a sequence of 10 emails, use the first 4 emails to provide a value and make the 5th one your sales pitch (present your offer).

Every time you send your email, a certain percentage of people will be interested in buying from you.
