In this episode, I will be discussing how to navigate the New Year by reflecting on 2020 and giving practical tips for goal setting for the year.  2020 has been a year like no other as we are three weeks into 2021, it is essential to reflect on 2020 to see exactly how we faired during such an unusual year. 

Five tips for fulfilling your goals in 2020

1.    Open yourself up to the impossible and to the dreams that you want to fulfill. 

2.    Establish your perspective for 2021.          

3.    Make a list of the goals you want to complete.

4.    Create an action plan for your goals.

5.    Believe in Yourself
