I. Sold it for a thousand dollars. A

7:21
Thousand One Hundred dollars. On
7:25

7:27
again for. Thirteen hundred
7:30
dollars. How
7:32
much did I earn? Ten

7:48

7:50
eyed boy for young i bought a
7:53
cow for a hundred dollars yes i
7:55
sold it for a thousand okay so
7:57
yeah i bought it again for eleven
7:59
hundred I thought it was $1,100. Yeah,
8:02
$1,100. Oh, sorry, $1,100. Oh, no, $1,100.
8:05
Okay, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Bought
8:07
it again for $1,100. Okay. And I
8:09
sold it for $1,300. Uh, bought it
8:11
again for, okay, so that's, uh, yeah. I know. My
8:14
dad's going to be so mad. I know. I'm
8:16
going to give you a home, or I'm going to
8:18
give you a home. Okay, so $200 up. Yeah,
8:21
some bills. No. Okay.
8:23
Shut up, Shem. Oh, I'm not
8:25
with you. Sorry, sorry. My bad, my bad, my bad. Oh,
8:27
I'm lost. Wait,
8:30
you sold it again for $1,100? Okay, okay, yes. Okay,
8:32
no. Okay, okay. I
8:35
bought a, I bought a account for $800. Yeah. I
8:38
sold it for 11, I sold it for $1,000. Okay. Yeah,
8:41
so you made two. Okay. I bought it
8:43
again for $1,100. So you lost one? And
8:46
then I sold it for $1,300. Oh,
8:50
so you're up $400. Uh,
8:52
Maury? I'm going to say you are
8:54
up $200. Up $200. Uh,
8:57
Mocha? You're up $100. Shem,
9:00
I think you're up $400. Maria? I'm
9:03
going to go $400. Okay, so I bought a
9:05
account for $800. Right?
9:08
I sold it for $1,000. I
9:12
bought it again for $1,100. And
9:16
then I sold it for $1,300. How
9:19
much did I earn? Did
9:22
you answer $400? Okay.
9:28
Show me your work, Mocha. Show
9:31
your work. This is mine. Maury?
9:36
Maury? Explain
9:39
$500, Maury. Because,
9:42
uh, I
9:44
went from $800 to $1,300. Okay.
9:48
But... Moira, I'm
9:50
in between. Buy and sell. Don't
9:53
worry about it. Okay. Well,
9:55
we are worried about it. That's sort of the whole
9:57
point of this, is worrying about it. No, it's, it's,
9:59
um... Like, what's the answer? You bought it for
10:01
800, Maury. Here's the, can I say this? Either
10:04
200 or 500? Either 200 or 500.
10:08
Those are my answers. You sold and
10:10
then. Okay, so Maury, you
10:12
bought a account for $800. Yes.
10:16
And then you sold it for $1,000. Yes.
10:18
Okay, what's that math? Then
10:22
you bought it again. For 1100. For
10:24
1100. Yeah. Okay.
10:27
Which is $300 difference. Okay. Then you
10:29
sold it for. Right.
10:33
So how much did you earn total? The
10:36
answer is 400 bucks. You don't know that.
10:39
Is it? What
10:41
is the answer, Ross? What's that? Oh my God, is
10:43
it a trick question like he is the cow? No, because if I got
10:45
this right, I have to tell my dad. He'll be so proud. He's
10:49
so terrible at that. I'm gonna say, Maury, you got
10:51
it wrong. Shem
10:54
and Maria got it right. Mocha cheated. Oh,
10:57
I kicked you, my dad immediately. What
10:59
was that? I did it wrong. Yeah. First
11:02
of all, Maria didn't get it right. Maria just said
11:04
what Shem said. I said it, no, no,
11:06
I said 400 before Shem. Show
11:09
your work, Mocha. Huh? Show your
11:11
work to the camera. No, no, show it right now.
11:13
Okay. That's what I said before. Maria,
11:16
show your work. Right here. 400 bucks. No,
11:19
show the other page. Oh, Maria can be here.
11:21
Oh, there's lots of pages. Where'd that page go?
11:23
Where'd that page go? Oh, this page? Here's
11:25
mine. Yeah, that's Mocha's work. Look at Mocha's work. Because
11:30
I'm a genius. The
11:34
Roz and Mocha's your podcast. Podcast. Yo,
11:39
Sagar, what's going on? It's Roz and Mocha. I'm good,
11:41
Mocha. How are you doing? Good, buddy.
11:44
Why are you mad at Roz? Man, honestly, I
11:46
gotta say, I've been listening to since 2010, and
11:48
I love both of you, but lately,
11:50
both of you, not just Roz, both of you
11:52
have been pissing me off now. Why? What
11:55
are you? What do I do? What do we do?
11:57
I'm taking a hard time picking who my favorite is.
11:59
and I'll tell you why. Since
12:02
the beginning, my favorite had always been
12:04
Mokka, because I thought I'm
12:06
a softy like him, so I always
12:08
resonated with him. Mokka soft all the time.
12:11
Oh, sorry. But everybody says about him. Yeah, you got it. Especially
12:14
after hearing Mokka cry about how
12:17
he thought he was helping Jenna
12:19
when Cruz was born. Yeah, yeah, okay, okay, we get
12:21
it. Take a cry. Yeah, bye.
12:24
Okay, next, don't listen to the Doc podcast, by
12:26
the way. The history
12:28
around the Mokka, okay? And
12:30
after reading Raj's book, I realized that he's also
12:33
a big softy on the inside, and
12:35
his sassiness is also epic, so that helps
12:37
him too. So that's why after
12:40
the book came out, Raj was my favorite for
12:42
a while. So I keep
12:44
switching. But lately, Mokka is being
12:46
so stubborn that he won't even
12:48
get a YouTube Premium membership. When
12:51
he already pays God knows how much
12:53
for Netflix, Amazon, Disney, whatever else. So
12:56
that is really, really pissing me off.
12:58
I mean, if we were friends and
13:00
if we were close, then I would literally
13:02
push you off a cliff. That's how stubborn
13:04
you are, yeah. Do you
13:06
pay for YouTube Premium? Of
13:08
course I do. Honestly, you
13:10
know how Amazon Premium has lately been putting
13:14
ads on their movies now? Yeah. At
13:16
the start, just that, alone, especially me
13:19
often, that reminded me how your life
13:21
is with not having premium. It's a
13:23
sad life. Yeah. It really
13:25
is. Well, I'm not done yet. I'm not done
13:27
yet. Okay. So what we've established
13:29
so far is that you
13:31
like Mokka because he's soft. You like me because I'm
13:34
sassy. I'm thinking about changing the name of the show,
13:36
by the way. Don't say
13:38
it. What? To
13:40
soft and sassy? Don't say it.
13:42
Maria, stop clapping. I can
13:45
hear that. Okay, go ahead.
13:47
You're not done yet. No, and on
13:49
the film side, why in the world
13:51
is Raj so judgy? I mean, what
13:53
the hell does it mean by catch-up
13:55
is for children and peasants? I
13:58
don't need catch-up either, but at least I'm... I'm
14:00
not judging like him. I mean, let people do
14:02
what they want. I mean, other examples
14:04
of judging is, if you get a haircut on
14:06
a Tuesday, you aren't busy enough. Like what the
14:08
hell, man? I'm gonna get a haircut today. Yeah,
14:11
look at that. The more you
14:13
keep clapping. Yeah. The more you keep clapping.
14:15
That's great. That's great. Are you standing? Yes.
14:18
Are you? Oh yeah. Come on
14:20
now. Okay. Yes. Of
14:23
course not. Okay.
14:27
So what? I'm judging. Yeah. Okay.
14:32
Anything else? So far, just this. So
14:34
far. Okay. So
14:36
are you saying that you no longer like
14:38
either of us or that you would now
14:40
have a new favorite? I'm confused as to
14:42
where this is all going. It's
14:44
going nowhere. I think one needs to be less
14:47
judgey. One needs to get a YouTube premium membership.
14:49
Okay. Okay. But
14:53
you, so my judginess when it comes
14:55
to mocha and YouTube is okay in
14:57
your eyes. I don't know what to
14:59
say. Yeah. Yeah. You're
15:01
right. Your judginess towards mocha and
15:03
YouTube is also acceptable in your
15:06
eyes. Yes. Yes,
15:09
it is. So what
15:11
I, what I'm feeling now, bro,
15:14
is that you and I aren't
15:16
that much different. No, no, no, that's not push
15:19
it. No. No. You
15:22
called the great Michael Scott. Well, well, well,
15:25
how the turntable. No, no, no.
15:27
I refuse to accept that. No. Okay.
15:30
All right. I got it.
15:32
I got it. I got it. Oh,
15:34
I'm not expecting that. Not
15:37
the outcome you wanted. All
15:40
right. So should we even try like,
15:42
do I dare ask between Ron's and mocha who's your
15:44
favorite? Okay. It's going to sound
15:47
like a giant troll job right now, but
15:51
it's always been mocha. Oh my God.
15:55
You're the bad. Wow. We
15:58
love you, bro. Have a great day. Take care. Bye-bye.
16:00
The Ross and Mooz video podcast. Bye-bye. Hey,
16:06
let me ask you a question. When you are
16:08
out in public with your wife,
16:10
your wife, Janet, do people,
16:13
because I don't see people doing this anymore.
16:15
You remember back in the day when
16:17
you'd be in like a great couple and you'd
16:19
be all booed up and you'd walk down the
16:21
street with your hands in the backs of each
16:24
other's pockets? Don't do that. Have
16:26
you ever done that? No. I have. I used to
16:28
do that. I was the move, man. Never did that.
16:30
You never did that. You never walked down the street
16:33
with the hand in the back pocket. So you're
16:35
basically like, you're holding their ass, but to
16:37
the public, your hands in their pocket. It's
16:39
something cute. But realistically, what's going on is
16:41
that you're grabbing cheek while you walk down
16:43
the road. I don't think I've ever done
16:45
that. That's a fire move. Right? Yeah. Yeah.
16:47
100% I'm with you. Yes. Yeah. Maria, is
16:49
that a move? No. It's
16:51
not. No, I just feel like how do you walk
16:54
practically when your hand is in my back pocket? The whole
16:56
time? No, no, no. You do it too. No,
16:59
I know. But then
17:01
you both have to keep like almost the same pace.
17:03
Yeah. It's just like holding hands. No,
17:05
no. I think it's different. No,
17:08
no, no. I think it's different. You find a way
17:10
to get in sync and you do it totally. I
17:12
was like, yeah, you're like a couple of ass-grabbing sex
17:14
soldiers. If one person does it
17:16
at a time, I can get on board. No, because
17:19
then you're like dragging somebody on a leash. No, you
17:21
both have to do it. No, I'm not walking ahead
17:23
of you. Maria, you and Matthew are virtually the same
17:25
height. You could easily pull this off. Yeah,
17:28
but any time I try that, he knocks my hand away.
17:30
Oh, yeah, there's that too. Maybe
17:32
you're not the best person to talk to about this. But
17:34
you don't have you ever done that, Mocha? You've never done
17:37
that move. Because I think it's weird. Like just it's
17:39
different when you're
17:41
holding hands, I find. How do you hold hands?
17:45
I don't think I hold hands weird. How? Because
17:47
Catherine and I hold hands in a way that like
17:50
I've what's the proper way to show
17:52
me right now with everybody, with your
17:54
hands, how you hold hands. A girl
17:56
is underneath. Girls like this. Yeah. And
17:59
then the guys. What are your fingers doing? What are
18:01
your fingers doing like that? Yeah Why
18:04
don't we hold hands like this? Yeah,
18:07
no, no, that's not that's not what I do. Come here.
18:09
Come here. I'll show you go this way This
18:11
is this is how we hold hands and I'm like this.
18:13
Oh like this you hold hands like this. No, no, no
18:15
No, I go like this. I go like this No,
18:19
it's not Not
18:23
because I'm so much taller that's the only way I
18:25
was Maria Maria came in here for a second I
18:27
mean here for a second. Look, okay. I'll wait till
18:29
Maria gets in here and they will wipe your hand
18:32
Maureen you come in here to get on pretty good.
18:34
I'm gonna show you how I hold hands wipe that
18:36
hand wipe that hand Okay, Maria,
18:38
I'm gonna show you I'm gonna show you how I hold hands
18:40
the Catherine. Okay, okay Okay,
18:43
so normal people you say
18:45
go like this, right? Yeah, okay, but my
18:47
hand is too long for that, right? Okay,
18:49
so the way we hold hands is I
18:51
take my so open your hands like
18:54
you're gonna interlock hands. Okay, right? I
18:56
take my Index
19:00
finger and I put it between
19:02
your baby finger and your ring finger what and then
19:04
we hold hands like that Can
19:07
I tell you what that looks like and what it
19:09
feels like? Yeah, like you're about to kidnap me really
19:13
Uncomfortable, but I feel like it's a little strange. Oh, but
19:15
even on the couch. That's how we sit. Wait, yeah Do
19:21
you do a hand over or a hand under
19:24
my hand is always over My hand
19:26
boys under I always like
19:28
under this is how this is
19:30
how your hands worry. This is how we hold hands. Okay? Yeah,
19:36
okay so more this is how I hold hands ready
19:38
so I take my index finger Yeah, right.
19:40
So your palm is up. My
19:43
palm is facing the ground I take my
19:45
index finger and I put it between your
19:47
ring finger and pinky and that's how we
19:49
do it This is the greatest day of
19:51
my life. Of course, you're gonna say
19:53
does it feel weird? Yeah, I don't think
19:55
that I can get used to that Ross
20:00
and Mocha's your podcast. Oh yeah. So?

21:44
the face and everything else. No, I'll feel fine. I'm
21:47
not saying you're not going to feel good. Let me
21:49
just look at you right now. No, I'm going to look good, too. I
21:51
promise. Sham, can you give me like
21:54

28:21
Roz and Mokushio Podcast.
28:31
I tried to watch Doom 2 yesterday with the two people
28:33
I should never try to watch Doom 2 with. Oh
28:36
no. Family? Oh
28:38
my god, my family. What
28:41
happened? So, they
28:44
just like, they
28:46
just won't stop, right? Okay,
28:49
so it started with this, because in Doom
28:51
2 they wear those things in their nose.
28:53
What things? It's a tube, it's a
28:55
hose. Why do they mean that? It's hooked around their ears.
28:57
Exactly. No, it's not oxygen.
28:59
So, they're on a planet with no water,
29:01
right? Liquid IV. So, they
29:04
have suits on that
29:06
converts their sweat into
29:08
something drinkable. Oh,
29:10
gross. That's the thing. Okay, so
29:13
for the first 45 minutes of the
29:15
movie, it was a discussion of, if
29:18
you had to have something, some
29:20
sort of reservoir that collected your
29:22
sweat in the desert, that
29:25
then would go through a tube and then
29:27
into your nose so you could drink it,
29:29
where would be the best place on your
29:31
body to put the reservoir to catch
29:33
the sweat? And then it was agreed
29:35
upon that if you're doing a lot of walking out
29:37
in the desert, that reservoirs should go between your butt
29:39
cheeks. What? Okay. No,
29:42
like a backpack. No, no, no,
29:45
no. You're not hearing me right.
29:47
It's not a reservoir that holds
29:49
water. It's a reservoir that collects
29:51
sweat. What's
29:55
your question, Maria? Do
29:57
You sweat that much? Wouldn't
30:00
like it's. Like pouring out of
30:02
you know I'm just everybody okay cause
30:05
I feel like my alma mater boots
30:07
like would rather simple Uma is like
30:09
know because know the they were saying
30:11
that more of for has authorised due
30:14
to at all of us later nothing
30:16
else on the for years ago it's
30:18
who's the head for a situation and
30:20
black. And then and
30:23
ma'am what then and then then if somebody
30:25
dies be put a holes in them and
30:27
suck at other dead body bought her dead
30:29
body of water and then the after. And
30:31
then they they recycle that so it's is
30:34
enjoyable as well for free for the rest
30:36
are over here round and round. That guy
30:38
water know nine hundred your mouth so not
30:40
six years life for the first forty five
30:42
minutes of the movie and I'd believe me
30:44
I'd know what he was going on do
30:46
anyway an unknown and I do not know
30:48
I was just there for the visuals are
30:50
I not know I do not know. At
30:52
But But then it became the first forty five
30:54
minutes of the movie. Was weird. You put the
30:56
sweat catcher to catch the most sweat blood your
30:58
body. So uncomfortable to have it in between your
31:00
butt cheeks. But. So
31:02
was dying of dehydration. It's very uncomfortable. Nine
31:05
rather die, You would rather die. Yeah, let's
31:07
say you can't. Let's say dying is not
31:09
an obstacle. Gotta win the war for your
31:11
people. Okay so says the prophecy as it's
31:13
written. Okay okay you have to Where it's
31:15
at of the I were him as as
31:17
a backpack. What you mean as a backpack
31:19
You're missing the point. Where you collect. Were
31:21
you playing let thing that? What the sweats?
31:24
Why don't want to down to my ass
31:26
notice a words holding it is over your
31:28
body Create were on your bike. You had
31:30
to survive by collecting the most sweat. Yeah.
31:32
On your body. Words like running down everything
31:34
out of him for like my head, my
31:37
forehead, your head. yeah. As. Rice What
31:39
the most? Right leg when I work out the
31:41
south jeopardize your race. Guess the waters been. A
31:43
taste, for example. So. And
31:45
president has a mutt so you would.
31:47
So what about you're you're You're leaving
31:50
all that body sweat to just go
31:52
where that okay then my that my
31:54
shoulders down to down box and aware.
31:57
Reservoir. About
32:00
the my shirt sleeves is what I play
32:02
himself would go oh like it like there's
32:05
a small your back. Ah yeah that's why
32:07
you're collecting a on Santa Maria. Next question.
32:09
Is. This on Friesen system. Yeah, let's
32:11
say it's all filters or cannot well
32:13
on. it's filtered. Like like Rid Of
32:15
Filter. Have a really good team because
32:18
you might have no say. Also just
32:20
about and I'll say this about the
32:22
doom Doom water. Okay what if I
32:24
just said this? Okay, I'm. There's
32:27
are. It doesn't taste great
32:29
but there's no hair. Off
32:34
on I mean undying. I'm gonna let me
32:36
see I would have different eating popcorn and
32:38
want to the movies as is no it's
32:41
know that stuff and us your thoughts of
32:43
over like and when. I
32:46
can assists the and movies your
32:48
podcast. Six
32:53
Model: What advice can you guys give
32:55
me? Okay so my question is like
32:57
I say got a problem. You can
32:59
multitask. lovely hello draws a mocha. Oh
33:02
wow my pillow are welcome to Rossum.
33:04
August six my life. Why are you
33:06
here with one on? I haven't such
33:08
my mother and four years. oh wow
33:10
or you are as he runs amok
33:13
affects my life. I never get along
33:15
with my mom and moved out as
33:17
it seems see now apparently has breast
33:19
cancer but it's not actually proven. I
33:21
get some bits of information through my
33:24
sister who only texts or my mother
33:26
his feet asthma attacks were soon as
33:28
as. Yelling throat and attack. But
33:30
this recent news makes me feel
33:32
like I'm a horrible human. She's
33:34
called me twice, I've ignored and
33:36
only read the transcripts of the
33:38
voice mails. Am I awful With
33:40
this was, I'm guessing not one
33:42
incident that led to those sort
33:44
of fractured relationship with your mom,
33:46
that it was a lifetime of
33:48
things. Oh absolutely yeah. And
33:51
I decide I feel bad that
33:53
I don't feel bad. Can you
33:55
pinpoint like to a specific. kind
33:58
of instance that took that
34:00
created the divide? Oh gosh, it started so
34:02
early. Like when I was like 14, I
34:07
was already sort of dealing with lupus symptoms then.
34:09
Yeah. And she thought I was
34:11
on drugs, so she called the cops and sent me
34:13
to the hospital in the back of a police car
34:15
to get tested for drugs. Did you have lupus? What?
34:18
Yeah, exactly. And the doctor took one look at me
34:20
and was like, you're not on drugs. And I'm like,
34:22
I know. And that was the end of that. I
34:25
got lupus. I got lupus. Damn, mom. Does
34:27
your mom know why you don't talk
34:29
to her? She just thinks I'm a
34:31
horrible person. Like she still talks to
34:33
people. But she doesn't hold
34:36
any of the responsibility as in, hey, maybe
34:38
I could have been a better parent at
34:40
all, right? None. None.
34:42
Do you have siblings? I
34:45
have a brother that I grew up with. Yeah. And
34:47
what's he? He doesn't talk to her either. Oh, really? And
34:50
then the sister, right? And I have a sister. I
34:52
only just met her a couple of years ago. Oh, wow.
34:55
And she texts your mom. That's it though. She doesn't
34:57
want anything more to do with her. So why? So
34:59
all three siblings have pretty much the same relationship with
35:01
your mother, right? Yes. Okay.
35:05
And she has no idea why. No. Okay.
35:07
So, and in her text that she sends to you saying
35:10
that she has cancer, is she
35:12
looking for closure? Is she
35:14
looking to apologize? Is
35:16
she looking to mend things? Or
35:18
is she looking for sympathy and
35:20
guilt in you? Yeah, she's
35:22
looking to guilt me and for sympathy. That's
35:24
it. And then she's asking of you, what does she
35:27
want from you? Well, she just keeps saying like she's tired
35:29
of this stuff. And then I
35:31
have to go get checked. Okay. And
35:33
you don't, you have to go get, yeah. Okay. So that's
35:35
fine, right? She, you know, that's a decent thing that
35:37
she did. That's the bare minimum of being a
35:40
human, let alone a mother. Right? You
35:43
know, go get yourself checked out. I think I have
35:45
cancer, but you do not feel,
35:47
you don't, when you get those texts and
35:49
you hear that story about your mom, you
35:51
feel what, nothing? No,
35:53
nothing. I don't care. Okay. Do
35:56
you have kids or do your, your sister, your
35:58
brother have kids or anything? My sister. or my
36:00
brother have kids. Okay, and does she have a
36:02
relationship with her grandkids? No. Okay,
36:04
you are under no obligation to sort of
36:06
step back into her life and hold her
36:08
hand while she dies. I
36:10
really don't want to, like I don't want any part of it. But
36:13
I feel bad that I feel guilty
36:16
that I don't feel guilty. Yeah, you
36:18
know, it's tough and it's a very
36:20
personal thing. You know, some people can
36:22
put aside all
36:25
of that stuff, not forget it, not forgive it,
36:27
but just sort of leave it off into the
36:29
corner to be
36:33
what somebody would consider a good
36:35
kid, right? And that
36:37
is you show up, you show
36:39
up when, you know, when your
36:41
parents are facing something awful. But
36:44
parents have inflicted awfulness on their
36:46
children forever. And
36:48
when that happens, you wind up
36:51
spending majority of your
36:53
adult life trying to figure out why
36:56
you were treated that way as a kid. And
36:58
then you spend way too many years when you should be
37:01
happy building your own family, trying to just rebuild a
37:03
life that was broken by
37:05
your own parents, which is atrocious.
37:09
And then when you do get to a point where
37:11
you're sort of calm and you feel good and you're
37:13
in a good place and you don't feel awful about
37:16
yourself, they try and drag you back in. Yes. And
37:18
you don't have to be, you don't have to
37:21
allow that to happen. Especially
37:23
if there's like no relationship there. There's
37:25
nothing, like I feel nothing for her.
37:28
I feel like a bad person. Guilt,
37:30
guilt happens. It's one of
37:32
the sort of emotions with dealing with any kind
37:34
of trauma or let alone death. Guilt is a
37:37
real, real big one that not a lot of people
37:39
talk about. You're gonna get hit with
37:41
that, but it doesn't last. Okay.
37:43
So I'm not an awful person. Not an awful
37:46
person. No, lastly, not an awful person. You are
37:48
a kid who then managed and
37:53
despite the way you
37:55
were treated and the sort of odds against
37:57
you to come out of it normal. Or
37:59
is normal. Like I feel like I
38:01
fought so hard to just get out
38:03
of that. Yeah. My whole life.
38:05
And it's like, I don't want to get stuck back in.
38:07
I just want to go on with my life. Yeah. And
38:10
that's okay. That's okay. A lot of people may
38:12
not feel that way, you know? It's
38:15
some people look at me and they're like, but it's your
38:17
mom. Yeah. But it's like, they don't know the story. Like
38:19
they don't know the full story. Right. You know that full
38:21
story. That is the, that is the woman who birthed. That
38:23
is the woman who birthed you. That's not your mom. Exactly.
38:26
Thank you. Was. Yeah. Do you
38:28
feel better, Leslie? I do. I really do think you get
38:30
a couple of things to think about
38:32
and consider, but like, yeah, you're zero
38:35
obligation on, on your end. I
38:37
appreciate that. When you can't, when you
38:39
have a real difficult time as an adult,
38:41
trying to come up with one really great
38:44
example of when you were mother, you
38:47
don't have to give back anything at this point. Thank you.
38:49
Cause there's that, that jokes that people sort
38:51
of put on you just because someone gave
38:53
birth to you. Also,
38:56
stop talking to people about this. They
38:58
don't know. They don't know. People don't get it. They can't
39:00
imagine that. Plus you got the best advice of
39:02
your life right here. I really, I think
39:04
I did. All
39:07
the best. Thank you for reaching out. Thanks
39:09
so much guys. Yo,
39:16
Roseanne, what's up? It's Ron's Amoka. Good.
39:19
Okay. So Roseanne texted in about
39:21
a conversation we were having recently
39:24
talking about like, what are some of the worst
39:26
foods you could eat like on a first date
39:28
that wouldn't warrant like a second date or anything
39:30
like that. Gotcha. Yeah. And when we went through
39:33
some of them, Maria had said like, she'd gone
39:35
for sushi once on a first
39:37
date. And like, it was just all
39:39
bad news. We had said anything
39:41
seems like soup or like any
39:43
type of drippy pasta, like spaghetti
39:45
type of thing. Cause it'll just like
39:48
splatter all over the place. Ribs. Glad
39:50
you said ribs. Because Rosanna has a
39:52
story about a first date gone wrong
39:54
because the guy she was out
39:56
with ordered ribs. No, Roseanne,
39:58
what happened? Okay, so
40:01
it was actually Valentine's Day as well. Madam,
40:04
come here. We have no Valentine's
40:06
Day. Okay. Yeah.
40:11
And he said, of course, you know, what do
40:13
you order on a date when you're out with
40:15
somebody that you're trying to get to know? He
40:17
orders ribs. I'm like, okay. Interesting
40:19
choice. Well, the guy sits
40:21
there, and we have to ask for more
40:23
napkins. He must have had
40:25
20 crumpled up napkins beside him. He would
40:27
wipe his face every 10 seconds. His face
40:29
was still covered. His hands were still covered.
40:32
And I just, I was so embarrassed. People were
40:34
looking over because it was a jam-packed, you
40:37
know, keg on Valentine's. And I
40:39
was totally embarrassed, and he had
40:41
no clue that he was doing something wrong.
40:43
And I'm like, I cannot be seen with
40:46
this guy. At this point, while this is
40:48
going on, do you start then wondering if
40:50
he thinks those hands are getting on your
40:52
body? Oh, good Lord. I
40:57
didn't think that, that. So
40:59
this is the first date, though? We were
41:01
actually a couple of days in, and I already
41:04
had a couple of times when I kept giving a
41:06
chance. I thought, okay, maybe
41:08
he doesn't have as much etiquette as
41:10
some people, but after the ribs, I was
41:12
like, never again. I went home. He
41:15
keg me, and I said, you know what? I
41:17
don't think it's going to happen again. You dumped
41:19
the man over ribs? Wait,
41:22
what other etiquette things happened on those previous
41:24
dates that, like, were red flags for you?
41:27
Just his wardrobe, his manners.
41:30
He just, it wasn't like cup of tea,
41:32
I guess. What was wrong with his wardrobe?
41:35
What was wrong with his wardrobe? What do you wear? No,
41:37
he was just always sloppy. He
41:39
didn't launder his clothes. I was
41:41
like, okay, well, maybe he was
41:43
in a rush. There's always something with him.
41:46
And I was like, no, you can't do this. So
41:49
the ribs night at the keg, Valentine's Day, this is
41:51
like your, in your mind, your very last date, at
41:53
the end of the date, did he try to put
41:55
the moves on you? Because it is Valentine's Day. Like,
41:57
did he try to lean in for the keg? There's
42:00
anything like that. Our stride invite you back
42:02
to his place. Anything like that, Of course. But
42:06
you know it's been a long day.
42:08
I feel very well educated ovary much.
42:12
As he did not know, I think
42:14
I was very close in him and
42:16
I really wasn't responding to them very
42:18
well. that not giving him the. Look.
42:20
Yeah. Because he was just. Flabbergasted.
42:23
What I told him I didn't want to see him anymore and I
42:25
don't think that's when I think this is the last. Time. The
42:30
money. On
42:32
Maria when our museums giving some of
42:35
the excuses she gave you are kind
42:37
of snickering. Married, not in your hands
42:39
Yeah, have you use those lines? I'm
42:41
tired. it's been a long day. every
42:43
single one of them. Are
42:47
often but you don't know. What's interesting is
42:49
as soon as you guys see those lines
42:51
like the person using it to doesn't fully
42:54
understand that it's a line. Ah, See, I
42:56
mean, ideally I would. Would know yet
42:58
how many friends I help move over the
43:00
years. You have friends move
43:02
you know to me because I know because they didn't
43:04
want to do because I didn't wanna as I didn't
43:06
want to stay over. Way to want somebody to stay
43:08
over. Yeah, right on. I've got three earlier to help
43:10
a buddy movie. Hundreds
43:13
of friends I help move Roseanne those
43:15
great thing for for sharing with everyone.
43:17
Not a problem and thank you for
43:19
listening or f why I I Have
43:21

43:25

43:36

43:40

43:42
an incredible incredible story. Ah, again.
43:44

43:46

43:48

44:04

44:07

44:09
that she gave. Do
44:12

44:16
Audio Books You and I Was. Just like
44:18
decided are laughing or in here? Is that?
44:20
I just yeah. Sorry. Sorry.
44:25
It's been a long day for
44:27
so tired. Of
44:31
the church. Love
44:33
your than every day you to
44:36
straws and movies you pasta has.
44:41
Followed. His a show on Prime
44:43
that everyone is talking about, showing L
44:45
a per now and Walton Goggins. All
44:47
eight episodes are out. It's based on
44:50
a video game the first debuted in
44:52
Ninety Seven, and the description of the
44:54
Tv show reads like this: In a
44:57
future post apocalyptic Los Angeles brought about
44:59
by nuclear decimation, citizens must live in
45:01
underground bunkers to protect themselves from radiation,
45:04
mutants and bandits. Are we welcome to
45:06
the Raw The Motor Show L of
45:08
Her Now Hello Well below the local
45:10
hello. Welcome back to Canada! How are
45:12
you thinking? I'm really well. I'm so excited to
45:15
be as. Bad as one of those shows
45:17
fall out where. I feel bad for
45:19
the actors in it because I don't
45:21
know if you get to appreciate how
45:23
great the show is because you're in
45:25
it's know someone who loves the you
45:27
know what we see a movie as
45:29
I do I do not know. I.
45:31
Don't know. Would you be a fan of the stuff? Like
45:34
were you a fan of this kind of thing before? Well
45:36
so it's based on a video game and I knew
45:38
of the games. I'd argue guys a game as I
45:40
would not that you aren't in the i would not
45:42
consider myself a hint of of how I got this
45:45
far and I started playing the games just because I
45:47
wanted to try to get the most out of the
45:49
six their Andrew and I'm so glad I did. But
45:51
as. I think he gave me a greater appreciation.
45:53
Reborn Solo gaming or online gaming
45:55
with other people I was was
45:58
really badly go to paradise. My
46:00
controller against the war game and solar because
46:02
I had been on and some of the
46:04
Mirror. Like I say, so long as you're
46:06
in the real air on how excited are
46:08
you that all eight episodes are out right
46:10
now He did. You get a sense of
46:13
relief, ones that are. Ordinary happens and
46:15
you like it when. All.
46:17
The episodes are out of the same time or
46:19
or you like more suffering with we get as
46:22
high as the first. Time I've ever done anything
46:24
where all the emphasis drops at once. you're
46:26
on. I didn't I guess I didn't really
46:28
see the benefits of a taxi when I
46:30
was. Things I lots of instance it bashi
46:32
frustrates me when I have to watch so
46:34
I really have since he has elect a
46:36
emphasizes x amount of money as yeah in
46:38
one dollar an answer release that is our
46:40
yeah it's always about view that as things
46:42
right up until the last minute until it's
46:44
out your like Ira they can pull it
46:47
they could. Counselor and I agreed to. Tweets
46:49
that came in ah based on the
46:51
show follow which by the way or
46:53
eight episodes are on primary now just
46:55
beads or eight episodes the followed by
46:57
gotta tell you it is perfect That's
46:59
Wow. What I'm high praise Mummy read
47:01
you another one. I legitimately had tears
47:03
in my eyes when I saw this
47:05
fall out show. Just pure happiness. I
47:07
know people who haven't played the games
47:09
wouldn't understand, but this show is everything
47:11
I've ever wanted from a video game
47:13
adaptations. Wow! Wow wow that's so sweet as
47:15
so nice to hear. Have you heard. From
47:17
other are people whether they are gamers are
47:19
not like since the show came out on
47:22
their appreciation of their love for the show.
47:24
Yeah. I have a few people I've got
47:26
some good friends who are massive massive as of
47:28
the game at a hearing sundance I mean us.
47:30
The first thing that that really comes to mind
47:33
is yeah when you meet and adapt adaptation is
47:35
something that so well loves you really want to
47:37
do just as the source material we had that
47:39
as to who you know the and charge of
47:41
the games we had them very much symbol that
47:44
the says he wanted you want to see it
47:46
with respect the fans are so passionately does that
47:48
like you know any adaptation of your favorite things
47:50
you to someone them to mess it up says
47:52
is really nice to hear that that. that they
47:55
like at. The. Reserve who to hurl I
47:57
respond alights Get secrets are view while
47:59
you're filming. Oh, everybody. Yeah. I'm
48:02
a good person, not a good person. I'm
48:04
an okay person. I'm
48:06
a good little actor, NDA follower,
48:08
and I didn't tell anyone anything, so I was
48:10
terrified of getting sued by Amazon. So
48:12
I wouldn't tell anyone anything. And now I'm getting questions like,
48:15
what did you steal from Sam? Who do you
48:17
think I am? I would never. Did you take
48:19
anything? No, I mean, no, I didn't take anything. Wait,
48:23
wait. She'll tell us later. No,
48:25
I wish I did. There's so many awesome,
48:27
like the aesthetic, first of all, it's like
48:29
this, it's like, the aesthetic, first of all,
48:31
it's like this weird, like mid-century kind of
48:33
like retro feel, and then it's absolute chaos.
48:36
And you guys, like you and your clan
48:38
are in an underground fallout shelter is how
48:40
it starts, right? Yeah. And you
48:42
are of the age where you are. And one of
48:44
the most brilliant things I've seen in a television show
48:46
ever is you're looking to hook
48:48
up and get married, and you're very excited
48:51
because you're doing an exchange with another shelter.
48:53
And I've never seen in any movie or
48:55
television show a woman in
48:57
a wedding dress on her way to get married
48:59
being so excited to meet somebody new because she's
49:01
tired of doing cousin stuff. Yeah.
49:06
And that's fallout. You summed
49:08
it up. No,
49:11
that tone is like directly, you know, directly
49:13
borrowed from the game. And it's
49:15
worth mentioning as well that this is a
49:17
long line of vault dwellers, right? These people
49:19
who have won and raised underground, who believe
49:21
it's their duty to procreate and rebuild the
49:23
next generation to go up to the surface
49:25
and rebuild America. It's very, you know, they
49:27
come from a meritocracy. They believe in the
49:29
right thing. They believe in doing the right
49:31
thing. She doesn't, that's her duty. She doesn't
49:33
give it a second thought. But you
49:35
see, there might be like one or two little doubts
49:37
that start to creep in. And then,
49:39
I mean, you've seen what happens after she
49:42
gets married. It's not
49:44
great. Walton's dog. Walton Goggins is
49:46
the best in everything. Walton
49:48
Goggins makes everything better. What
49:51
was your reaction or have you
49:53
seen the reaction from women who
49:56
are like, I don't know how to say this out
49:58
loud, but the ghoul is kind of sexy. No.
50:00
No. Oh my God. I
50:03
haven't seen this. Oh, there's a lot.
50:05
Stop it. There is a lot of
50:07
dirt. Oh my God. Yeah. Even with
50:09
like no nose and everything. Yeah. Look
50:11
at the way he looks. Yes. There
50:14
was one lady who interviewed me. And she said, what do you
50:16
think of the gawl? I said, it's great. It's great. She went,
50:18
I could save him. Yes. Like, wow. Me? I mean, he doesn't
50:20
have a nose. There's only so much you can do. Ella
50:24
Purnell, thank you so much for joining us
50:26
on the Rozzamoga show. All eight episodes of
50:28
Fallout are on prime right now. For
50:30
anyone who hasn't watched the show, maybe they haven't
50:32
played the video game, what would you
50:35
like to say to people out there to
50:37
get them to watch this incredible show that
50:39
we all love? I would say two
50:41
things. I would say, first of all, you don't
50:43
need to know or have played the games to
50:45
like the show. At all, yeah. And second of
50:47
all, this is a post-apocalyptic show like you have
50:49
never seen before. It's really, truly bonkers. And I'm
50:51
excited for people to hear. Have you guys booked for season two
50:54
yet? Not that I know of. What do you know? I don't know.
50:56
What do you know? I like to know. Tell me what you
50:58
know. I don't know. I like to know. Tell us what you
51:00
know. Yeah. You're the one that's a great secret keeper. I don't
51:02
know whether to believe you or not now. I know nothing.
51:04
I promise. I promise. OK. But
51:06
you're down for a season two? He doesn't
51:08
believe me. I don't believe you. Ella Purnell,
51:10
ladies and gentlemen. Thank you. Thank you. The
51:13
Rozzamoga Show podcast. Podcast. Uh-oh.
51:19
What's the matter? I was distracted my entire
51:21
drive into work today. What'd
51:23
you do? Because on my windshield, directly
51:25
above the steering wheel
51:28
along the windshield from the bottom,
51:31
going all the way up to the top in
51:34
a tent, almost like a triangle
51:36
formation. There are
51:38
two single strands of
51:41
a spiderweb on
51:43
the outside. On the inside.
51:45
Inside. So that means
51:48
overnight, a spider
51:50
had been doing its thing. And
51:52
all I can think about is that spider's
51:55
in the car. Where is
51:57
it? He didn't leave. And
52:00
I'm like looking around and it's dark when I'm
52:02
driving in. It's endless. So I can't see anything.
52:04
No, you cannot. So I
52:06
was thinking, is this spider, could
52:09
be above my head, could be behind, doing its
52:11
thing. But somewhere in my
52:13
car right now is a spider. When's
52:15
the last time you rode the back of your neck to make
52:17
sure it wasn't moving? When
52:20
I was driving. Not since? No.
52:23
No. So now then? Not
52:25
right now, yeah. Okay, so now now. We're good, we're
52:27
safe. I just needed to check. No,
52:29
we're safe. But I don't know what's like
52:31
walking into the spider web before you get
52:33
in the car. That happens to me quite
52:36
often because they build their webs
52:38
in between. Like we have two pillars like outside where my
52:40
door is. Like I walk out my door and then I've
52:42
got like a brick wall on one side and then a
52:44
brick pillar on the other side. And they build like a
52:46
it's almost like an April Fool's Day prank that a five
52:48
year old would do a saran wrap on their mother, right?
52:50
They build those and then I walk out and I'm like,
52:52
wow. And then they're just they're all over you. And
52:55
then I get in the car and much like you, I'm like, I
52:57
know I just walked into a spider web and it sort of ruined my
53:00
morning for like a minute. But what I
53:02
don't know is as I was walking
53:04
to the car and got in the car, was there
53:06
a tiny little spider still hanging on to the end?
53:08
It was like one of those webs. Yeah. Right
53:11
all the way to the car. Coming with you.
53:13
Yeah. And now we're like carpooling all
53:16
of a sudden. So what's your plan?
53:18
Are you going to go looking for the spider or are
53:20
you just going to leave it? I think I'm just going
53:23
to leave it. Yeah, really. I can't. Why?
53:26
What would you do, Maria? You're in the car. I'm
53:29
not giving up. I'm not giving up. The car
53:31
market's like right now, Maria. I'm not giving up on the. Honestly, I
53:33
think I would take bug spray and spray my whole car
53:35
down. Yeah. Then
53:38
I'll just let the windows air open until it's
53:40
not as hot. But you know what happens when you open the windows,
53:42
though? No, I'll put like netting. I
53:44
don't care. I will make sure. Spiders. Yeah,
53:46
more spiders. Or I'll make my dad look
53:48
for it because he does it all the time for me. I
53:51
see. Oh, if I find a spider web in my
53:53
room, I make him scan the walls. Yeah,
53:56
I'm the spider guy. Yeah, no, I can't. I
53:58
Killed one yesterday. The
54:00
want? Everything? Yeah. Fix
54:02
supper. Who. To the
54:04
spiciness Morning Matthew really with once
54:06
I usually I like a magazine
54:08
like House and amazed at all
54:10
such wow that's good. You
54:13
look just like disgusted uses not deal with bugs
54:15
and off and on and I pray. You.
54:18
But you know what? do you have to read
54:20
the book in a house though? I just I
54:22
pray with the events or leave it and I
54:24
pray with it. Yeah, a little. The way we
54:26
get flies more often because we live right above
54:28
the garbage room. So the previous rounds of allies
54:30
as similar as Late as Hell as On As
54:33
A Circle was limited. That on. A.
54:42
Picnic. Can have your say from school. Of.
54:44
Our Sos had. To
54:47
put his never mind, what is it
54:49
without their minds of anyone? Nevermind. nevermore.
54:51
I did not say that as in
54:53
like a look at me I'm such
54:56
a hero parent. I could pick my
54:58
own child of audible Yeah right, I
55:00
didn't send the how access s s.
55:02
S. S. Says I didn't gets
55:04
and different stuff up the help at home
55:07
just counting all your gold bars. No
55:11
need to pick up. Roxy. I've got it's a. Offend
55:15
me to do so. The roles as know what I
55:17
was. At all. Although
55:19
we were watching a movie last night where
55:21
they had a live in a live in
55:23
nanny I wish I know is no matter
55:25
how wealthy we were Catherine would never allow
55:27
that off because she thinks everybody is like
55:29
a criminal right? Oh yeah Katherine is see
55:31
suits you would never described herself as a
55:33
conspiracy theorist but she thinks that of you
55:35
bring like a live in any your house
55:38
they're gonna go into your bedroom and trying.
55:40
Your jewelry when you're gone. Yeah, him to
55:42
the within. the first within the first five
55:44
minute endurance into a Netflix Moreau Mars Nights
55:46
Lifetime. Within the first five minutes of the
55:48
show that the wife leaves in the many
55:50
goes in the room puts on a rings
55:52
and she's like see I told you the
55:54
ah yes she also thinks that.that amusement parks
55:56
hide how many people die on roller coasters
55:58
every day every day. Yeah, oh, come
56:01
on bro. She's like she's like
56:03
she's that person she thinks people
56:05
die on roller coasters Not
56:07
like in one in one theme park like
56:09
in around though She thinks people die on
56:11
roller coasters every single day except for the
56:13
days that she's there. No, she doesn't go
56:16
on though She doesn't
56:18
go on though No she thinks that like they
56:20
have a full system on how to like get
56:22
rid of the body quickly and like all the
56:24
stuff and Keep it hush-hush and like like when
56:26
you see those giant Garbage
56:28
bins on wheels like go by yeah Like the plastic
56:30
bags hanging over the edge like when they when they
56:32
need to get Taylor Swift from the dressing room to
56:35
the center Stage and they put her in that like
56:37
big container and make it look like she's recycling. Yeah,
56:39
right. Yeah, that's how she thinks I get a body
56:41
that's where the body's are. Like I don't need to
56:43
talk somewhere And I'm like babe Do you not understand
56:46
like like lawsuits like what like how can
56:48
you think it's just like everything is just taking
56:50
care of there's a whole System in order to
56:52
take care of it. So we never find out
56:54
that people die every day on roller coasters No,
56:56
we would know can they missing person report going
56:58
last scene? Yeah. Thank you. I know I know
57:00
I know anyway So I
57:02
picked up my kid from school. Yes The
57:08
rosin mocha's you a podcast Hello
57:13
Tiffany, it's rosin mocha. Hi, I
57:15
can't believe I can't talk to you
57:17
What's going on? Not they
57:19
are just wanted to call and say
57:22
that I have been a longtime listener
57:25
Like over 10 years ago when
57:27
I used to go to college Wow, my
57:29
husband would He
57:32
used to drop me off at isn't in
57:34
subway and he would sit out there every
57:36
Friday until I finally get to hear you
57:38
guys Say that is Friday
57:41
and I won't even stop until
57:43
you finally and that last pitch
57:45
and anyway,
57:47
so just want to say a long time this and I
57:49
never listened to any other radio station and That
57:52
I love you guys Oh Tiffany that
57:54
means so much. Thank you for your
57:56
support over the years two
57:59
things number one Did you hear that
58:01
we have a six-part docu-series coming out
58:03
on Wednesday at midnight? Yes, I have.
58:05
Okay. It's called the history of Roza
58:07
Moka. We know the superfans
58:10
are going to love this. New fans are going to
58:12
love this. You're really going to get insight into
58:14
who Roza and I are and how
58:16
this whole thing came together. Yeah,
58:18
that sounds very interesting, especially when I hear that little
58:21
clip about saying that it almost never happened before it
58:23
started. I'm like, why are you guys talking about? There's
58:25
some dirt in there. There's a lot of dirt in there. Number
58:28
two, Tiffany, do you, much
58:30
like my kid, Cruz, because he doesn't get
58:32
out of the car until it's Friday. Actually,
58:34
no, he's in the car before I start
58:37
screaming out it's Friday because he wants to
58:39
see if he could match his it's Friday
58:41
with my it's Friday. Tiffany, do you, when
58:43
you're sitting there waiting to get out of
58:45
the car, do you scream out it's Friday
58:47
as well? I think I
58:49
did back then because now I'm not in
58:51
the car going to college, so I'm usually now
58:53
on the go train and I'm not going to
58:55
be screaming that out. I think
58:57
back then in the car, yes, I probably have it
59:00
now. I have two young daughters and
59:02
I'm listening to you guys religiously. So they also
59:04
hear you and no one understand, but no, to
59:06
some extent is one is six and one is
59:08
three. But they haven't
59:10
said it yet, but maybe I would ask them to try
59:12
to say. Would you like it's not time for
59:14
the mix just yet. We're going to do that at 8 a.m. Would
59:18
you like to take this opportunity right now to yell
59:20
out it's Friday with me if I give us a
59:22
countdown? Oh, man, I'm in the
59:24
office right now. Girl, I'm
59:27
literally hiding in a cube like in
59:30
a quiet room. I don't know if I
59:32
can do it quietly. OK, what if
59:34
I what if I yell it's
59:36
Friday, but you like quietly yell
59:39
it's Friday? Oh, quietly
59:41
yell. Or what if we both quiet?
59:43
It might sound better if we both quietly
59:45
yell it's Friday. Oh, gosh,
59:47
OK, sure. I can try. OK, ready?
59:50
Yeah. Three, two, one. It's
59:55
Friday. Take
1:00:00
another breath girl. Okay
1:00:12
you won. I always do. Stephanie,
1:00:14
love you lots. Thanks for your
1:00:16
support. Can't wait for you to
1:00:18
hear the history of Roza Moka.
1:00:20
Before we let you go, between Roza Moka, who
1:00:23
is your favorite? Oh God. I know you asked
1:00:25
us all the time and I'm not prepared for
1:00:27
this. I
1:00:30
always say Moka because it's Friday and that
1:00:32
is a memory that I can never get
1:00:34
over and I'm so happy that you guys
1:00:36
still do it to this day. Hey,
1:00:39
so Monday to Thursday is to meet that, right?
1:00:42
No, she didn't say that. No
1:00:44
comment. Anyway, you got to get back to work. Thanks,
1:00:46
Stephanie. Love you. Thank you so
1:00:48
much for calling. Thank you. The
1:00:50
Roza Moka Show Podcast. I
1:00:55
got to play this clip from CinemaCon. So CinemaCon
1:00:57
is this big thing that's happening in Vegas right
1:00:59
now and all the studios
1:01:01
sort of bring out all their
1:01:04
big new titles and they play
1:01:06
them for the theater owners. Okay.
1:01:09
And I'm going to play this clip
1:01:11
from Kevin Frazier of ET talking to
1:01:14
Sean Levy, who is the director
1:01:16
of Deadpool and Wolverine.
1:01:18
Oh sick. Because if you remember
1:01:21
during the NFL season, there was
1:01:23
that shot of Taylor in the
1:01:25
box, right? And
1:01:27
Ryan Reynolds was there because their friends, everything else
1:01:29
and Sean Levy was there. And
1:01:32
that's when all the rumors started
1:01:34
that Taylor is going to be
1:01:36
Dazzler in Deadpool and
1:01:39
Wolverine. So you tell me
1:01:41
what your thoughts are
1:01:43
after you listened to Kevin Frazier
1:01:46
grill Sean Levy. Okay. Okay.
1:01:49
Here we go. Okay. I
1:01:52
can't even believe that you would dare ask
1:01:54
me a question that you know, I can't
1:01:56
answer. You know, I can't. No, you
1:01:58
can answer that. All of
1:02:00
America knows I can't answer that but I will
1:02:03
say as I said earlier here at CinemaCon The
1:02:06
proliferation of rumors about who is and
1:02:08
isn't in this movie It's fabulous because
1:02:10
no one will ever know the truth
1:02:13
until July 26th So
1:02:16
Taylor Swift is Dazzler that is
1:02:18
hardly confirmed nor denied in this interview.
1:02:21
So Taylor Swift isn't Dazzler I'm
1:02:23
gonna literally walk out of the frame and
1:02:26
save myself. Otherwise Ryan's taking a hit on
1:02:28
me. Okay, so So so so since in
1:02:30
Taylor Swift is in the movie, right? And pull
1:02:32
three Taylor Swift is Dazzler, right? Yeah, I don't
1:02:34
even know what Dazzler looks like. Do you know
1:02:36
Dazzler? No, I don't know that care at all,
1:02:38
but Like if she wasn't
1:02:40
in the movie, he just would have
1:02:42
flat-out said not seen in the movie,
1:02:44
but someone else is playing Dazzler Well,
1:02:46
he's using it as a marketing tactic.
1:02:48
I just don't think that you ride
1:02:50
Taylor's Fame
1:02:53
like that. Uh-huh. I think that if Taylor
1:02:55
Swift I don't think that as
1:02:57
big of a brand and money maker and
1:02:59
icon as she is I think that if
1:03:01
Taylor Swift is not in your movie, I
1:03:03
think you come out and say she's not
1:03:05
in your movie Yeah, I don't think you
1:03:07
the Taylor fans you're gonna mess with Taylor
1:03:09
fans like that teasing Taylor, you know What
1:03:11
I bet is gonna happen Taylor
1:03:15
Swift is in Deadpool 3. Yes,
1:03:18
but I don't think Taylor Swift makes an appearance
1:03:20
in Deadpool 3 until like the end credit scene
1:03:23
Maybe maybe she shows that maybe she doesn't
1:03:25
have a speaking part. Maybe she's dressed like
1:03:28
Dazzler, but she just appears In
1:03:31
the movie in that one part
1:03:34
and then that's it the problem with that That
1:03:36
was normally when people show up in the after credit scenes
1:03:38
That means that they're gonna have a bigger part in another
1:03:40
movie Mm-hmm. I think that the smart thing to do would
1:03:42
be used to have Taylor Swift as Dazzler and kill her
1:03:44
immediately That's
1:03:47
Deadpool right we're talking this is like
1:03:49
the first Marvel R rated movie And
1:03:52
I think that if you're gonna do Taylor Swift
1:03:54
and I think if it was Ryan Reynolds Mm-hmm,
1:03:57
I think that Ryan Reynolds would probably be the
1:03:59
only person to convince Taylor Swift to
1:04:01
show up, put on a costume, and
1:04:03
get killed immediately. Because isn't uh, Taylor
1:04:05
Swift and Blake Lively, I think, are
1:04:07
super close to that, right? Yeah, they're
1:04:09
super tight, yeah. Yeah. Even
1:04:13
these pictures, like from the comics of
1:04:15
Dazzler, like yeah, that's Taylor
1:04:17
Swift. Right. That is legit Taylor
1:04:19
Swift right there. Yeah, I mean,
1:04:21
you know, there's a resemblance, but I wouldn't say
1:04:24
it's like... Yeah, Taylor Swift's gonna be
1:04:26
in that movie, come on. She has to be! Yeah, yeah,
1:04:28
yeah. She has to be, and if that... Because you can't
1:04:30
do... You can't be the director of this movie and see
1:04:32
what he just said, play coy like
1:04:34
that, and then know the wrath that
1:04:36
is coming your way if you... If she's not
1:04:38
in it. If you teased fans. Like, it's just
1:04:41
not cool. Like, your life is over at
1:04:43
that point. Yeah. Like, over! You'll
1:04:47
never die. It's another movie again. You can't come
1:04:49
back from that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What's the date,
1:04:51
the release date again? This year. This year. I'm
1:04:53
trying to find out when the date is. Is
1:04:55
it summer? I don't even know what's July something. You
1:04:57
said it. I didn't say it. July 26th. July 26th.
1:04:59
Thank you. I see you said it. I don't know.
1:05:01
Dates. The Roz and Mokus Show Podcast.
1:05:07
Sydney, hello. Welcome to Roz and Mokus, hell
1:05:09
of a story. Thank you for having me.
1:05:11
Sydney, where and when does your hell of
1:05:13
a story take place? So, it
1:05:15
takes place here in Stockton,
1:05:17
California with my kitty. You
1:05:19
can't. Just happened recently.
1:05:22
Okay, so what's your cat's name?
1:05:24
Her name is Abby. She's a
1:05:26
three-year-old calico. Okay, and so
1:05:28
what's going on with Abby? So,
1:05:32
Abby. I've had her since
1:05:34
she was a little kitten. She was itty
1:05:37
bitty and she was found on the side
1:05:39
of the road with no mommy. So, she
1:05:41
came to me and I nursed her back
1:05:43
to health and she became really bonded with
1:05:45
me. She's like my
1:05:47
little shadow. She absolutely adores me
1:05:49
and I end up keeping
1:05:52
her even though I wasn't going to.
1:05:54
But I kept her because she also
1:05:57
really loves my dog and they became
1:05:59
like better. friend
1:06:02
and her and my dog they're like
1:06:04
inseparable. They sleep in the same bed
1:06:06
together, they follow each other around the
1:06:08
house. She thinks she is a dog
1:06:11
as well. Unfortunately
1:06:13
my doggy got sick so
1:06:15
he's currently separated from her
1:06:18
and in the meantime
1:06:21
like while he's trying to recover
1:06:24
and he's on crate rest she
1:06:27
has been really sad and trying
1:06:29
to like get to him and stuff but
1:06:32
she hasn't been able to just
1:06:34
so that way he doesn't get
1:06:36
like overly excited and so
1:06:38
recently though when I've come home
1:06:40
and I go and
1:06:42
give her extra attention she
1:06:45
randomly started limping and so
1:06:47
I thought oh no she's
1:06:49
also in pain. When she
1:06:51
started limping was it like a front
1:06:53
paw back leg like what was it?
1:06:55
It was her front paw. She
1:06:58
was holding it up and she was just
1:07:00
like kind of hopping around the house
1:07:02
and so first time I've ever
1:07:04
seen her do that. And Sydney do you
1:07:06
have any other pets in the home? I
1:07:08
do I kind of have a little bit
1:07:10
of a zoo because I work for an
1:07:12
animal rescue. So you're
1:07:15
very much used to noticing when
1:07:17
an animal is hurt. Okay
1:07:20
cool. Exactly I have a lot of experience. So
1:07:23
what do you do at this point with the
1:07:25
kitty? I try and calm myself
1:07:27
down a little bit because I was kind
1:07:29
of panicking you know even though I work
1:07:31
with rescue animals every day like even though
1:07:33
I see all this like issues all the
1:07:36
time it's different when it's your own pet.
1:07:38
We booked her an appointment brought
1:07:41
her in and I took
1:07:43
videos and everything to show my coworkers of her limping
1:07:45
because I knew she may not move at
1:07:47
all at the vet. Cats are a little weird at
1:07:49
the vet and even
1:07:52
though like it's my job and I'm right
1:07:54
there she still was like no I
1:07:56
don't want to be here. So we
1:07:59
did end up having to fully sedate
1:08:01
her in order to get anything
1:08:03
done. So we took
1:08:05
x-rays, didn't see anything there on
1:08:07
the x-rays. So we even sent
1:08:09
extra x-rays over to a specialist
1:08:12
to see if they can figure
1:08:14
it out. They didn't see anything
1:08:16
either. Like there's nothing that we
1:08:18
missed. So we're like maybe it's
1:08:21
not broken or sprain. Maybe
1:08:23
it's actually like a
1:08:25
side effect to something else that's going on
1:08:27
with her. So we started doing blood tests
1:08:30
and urinalysis and we
1:08:32
did an MRI in case it was
1:08:34
like a pinched nerve. We ran all
1:08:36
these tests. I spent so much money.
1:08:38
It was back to back vet visits
1:08:40
trying to figure out what was wrong.
1:08:44
So what was wrong? We
1:08:46
could not figure it out at
1:08:48
all. So we went to
1:08:50
a specialist and they said there was nothing
1:08:53
wrong with her either. In fact,
1:08:56
it must be something that was more
1:08:58
of a behavior. So we started thinking
1:09:00
about what has changed
1:09:03
in the household since she started
1:09:05
limping. And the only thing
1:09:07
that has changed was that my dog
1:09:09
was separated from her as he's on
1:09:11
great rest. And I kind of started
1:09:14
thinking like, well, you know,
1:09:16
she started doing this exactly at the
1:09:18
same time as like him. What are
1:09:20
the odds? And so
1:09:22
we came to the conclusion that she's actually
1:09:24
faking the in dream. And
1:09:27
as we started noticing, like maybe
1:09:30
she is faking start reviewing cameras and
1:09:32
stuff, she would only limp when I
1:09:34
got home. So
1:09:38
I started giving her extra treats and stuff
1:09:40
and then she started kind of stop limping.
1:09:42
She now only does it here and
1:09:44
there when she's not getting the extra attention
1:09:47
that she wants. No,
1:09:49
she was faking it the whole time.
1:09:52
It's amazing. So smart. Yes,
1:09:56
very smart. So
1:09:58
so now she does. limp
1:10:01
but if she gets to a point of where
1:10:04
she's like feeling like she might need a treat
1:10:06
she starts the limping again? Yeah. Oh my god.
1:10:08
I feel sorry for me. I'm in so much
1:10:10
pain. Oh my god. You
1:10:13
had a cat that faked a leg
1:10:16
injury for attention? Yeah, she is a
1:10:18
different character. Oh my god. And how
1:10:20
is she now? And how's the limp?
1:10:22
Yeah, she's really smart so
1:10:24
she watches everything that's kind of going
1:10:27
on in the house and so once
1:10:29
you notice it's like oh well my
1:10:32
dog does that and he gets all this
1:10:34
extra attention all these extra treats what is
1:10:36
happening why does he get all this stuff
1:10:38
let me just copy him. Oh so
1:10:41
it's not just a limp it's like whatever else is
1:10:43
going on? Yeah so she's very
1:10:45
smart so she's learned how to
1:10:47
do a lot of different things
1:10:50
so she definitely always keeps me on my toes.
1:10:53
What a drama queen. Oh my
1:10:55
god. Yeah, one time she
1:10:57
was panting like a dog
1:10:59
and I couldn't figure it
1:11:01
out either. I thought something
1:11:03
was wrong with her but
1:11:05
she was so stressed out
1:11:07
but no she was totally
1:11:10
fine. Wow,
1:11:13
incredible. Sydney, drama queen cat. That
1:11:15
was one hell of a story
1:11:17
Sydney. Thank you so much for
1:11:19
that. Thank you for having me. Oh
1:11:22
my god. Have a great day. The
1:11:24
Ross and Mokushio Podcast. Podcast. Yes,
1:11:29
yes, yes, yes. What up everybody? How's it going?
1:11:31
How are you? Watching
1:11:34
Masters yesterday. How was it? With my kid.
1:11:36
Oh yeah? My kid's super into golf now
1:11:38
because we uh. Because you're games. Because
1:11:41
we play AE golf. Yeah?
1:11:43
Yeah. EA. EA, sorry. EA.
1:11:46
EA. It's in
1:11:49
the game. How much money does that guy
1:11:51
make? He's been saying EA Sports were in
1:11:53
the game for what? 25
1:11:55
years? Yeah and for everything. Hockey,
1:11:58
football, golf. The
1:12:00
firemen are like I make you think I'm as
1:12:02
he would have learned while just don't know just
1:12:04
say and Ea Sports is in the game. Just.
1:12:07
Say a man with that of them I
1:12:09
bet it's like okay haunts. if I had
1:12:11
gatto know like I don't even know if
1:12:13
you could accurately like maybe the as it
1:12:15
is it would the contract be for x
1:12:17
amount of games he all over the course
1:12:20
of how many years know they really see
1:12:22
games they do not read or write uglier.
1:12:24
Here's what I fear. That. They paid
1:12:26
that guy nine hundred dollars once. His
1:12:29
name's Andrew in funny. Because.
1:12:31
His ib him back in the day. Ah,
1:12:34
right. Like. That's the kind
1:12:36
of thing that would happen all the time. You.
1:12:38
Pay the guy want our what was he a sports back in
1:12:40
the day when his age and said hey we want you to
1:12:42
give you the video game thanks. Yeah. Like
1:12:45
when with you just say this one line
1:12:47
for like Nhl Ninety Fourth Emails Zero Money.
1:12:49
He made Zero money. By his own admission,
1:12:51
Anthony did not make any money from Ea
1:12:53
Sports. They go know how to. Okay, that
1:12:55
was back then. But what is in a
1:12:57
now Zero Zero. There's no way Zero. I've
1:12:59
seen videos of him. Like. Recently, like
1:13:02
fanboys, meet up with him. Villa your
1:13:04
said aligned yeah because he has to
1:13:06
go to conventions now to make money.
1:13:08
And then he says he is Sports
1:13:10
isn't a game and I'm guessing that
1:13:12
that's how he makes money. Nice thread
1:13:14
on. Reddit says that he makes.
1:13:16
Two. To three million per year from he
1:13:19
and another one to two million from
1:13:21
Geico Back and Twenty sustain. Of.
1:13:24
Disease. Like the voice of Geico
1:13:26
fiancee. Yeah, fifty minutes. He uses
1:13:28
the city here for cents per
1:13:30
cent and gas on our need
1:13:32
to know. So it's either zero
1:13:34
or million See a. Lot
1:13:37
of the not a mallya ah
1:13:39
straws and most. humor
1:13:44
is completely subjective and like would you
1:13:46
find funny may not be with somebody
1:13:48
else finds funny and his comic in
1:13:50
the uk name adam mckay who posted
1:13:52
was see felt worthy ten funniest internet
1:13:54
posts of all time so like all
1:13:56
the famous sort of you know like
1:13:59
even gone by back in time,
1:14:01
like, you know, who bit
1:14:03
the whose finger? Remember
1:14:05
that one? Oh, Charlie bit my finger. We're talking
1:14:08
all time posts, right? What about David goes to
1:14:10
the dentist? David goes to the dentist, all that
1:14:12
stuff. So I don't know what's on his list,
1:14:14
but I know what number one was, and it's
1:14:16
really dividing people because this just goes to show
1:14:18
you how humor is
1:14:24
perceived differently by different people. And what
1:14:26
you find funny may not be what
1:14:28
I find funny, because that number one
1:14:30
on his list for the funniest posts
1:14:32
of all time on the internet was
1:14:36
a guy rapping about how his aunt
1:14:38
died during
1:14:42
Thanksgiving dinner. I don't know if you
1:14:44
ever heard this. You ever hear this post? I don't
1:14:47
think so. Okay, listen, listen. My aunt
1:14:49
invited everyone for Thanksgiving dinner. We
1:14:51
said, okay, and my aunt makes
1:14:54
a bold creative decision on Thanksgiving
1:14:56
morning with all of our family
1:14:59
there to do this thing called
1:15:01
dying. And
1:15:03
we had a body called a
1:15:05
nurse in. The nurse
1:15:07
said, yep, she said, she
1:15:09
gave us a number to call. We
1:15:12
called, they said, we'll come in a
1:15:14
bit, but we can't be quick. So
1:15:16
we tried to figure out, should
1:15:18
we celebrate the holiday and eat
1:15:20
a big dinner? Well, we brought
1:15:22
the food. So the answer was
1:15:25
yes, we made some pies. And
1:15:27
all the while, my aunt was
1:15:30
in the bedroom experiencing regular mortise.
1:15:34
That is... I'm pregnant. Of
1:15:39
all time though? Is that the MC
1:15:41
Hammer's can't touch this? Yeah, that was,
1:15:43
remember when Nicki Minaj did, it
1:15:46
was a song from Nicki Minaj, and then it went
1:15:48
viral because everyone was doing their own version
1:15:51
of that type of rapping. Oh
1:15:53
God. Super freaky girl,
1:15:56
you mean. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah.
1:15:58
Oh my God. time
1:16:00
I mean of
1:16:02
all time Adam K of all time no
1:16:04
I know like I would put even like
1:16:13
something like chocolate rain over
1:16:15
that funnier than death no
1:16:17
chocolate rain is not funnier than this
1:16:19
then dead ant at the Thanksgiving wrapping
1:16:21
about dead ant at the Thanksgiving table
1:16:24
we're all having pie well what about how do you
1:16:26
know I rig a mortise what about how'd
1:16:28
you kids hide your wife no that was a prowler
1:16:32
who was assaulting women if you find that
1:16:34
funny you got a problem what about
1:16:37
we eat ribs at the dude how
1:16:39
about the same story yeah yeah yeah
1:16:41
yeah yeah guess
1:16:46
what this is funny the
1:16:49
ross and mocha show podcast okay
1:16:57
so my question is my question is got
1:16:59
a problem you can't go so Laura is here
1:17:07
for fix my life what's going on my
1:17:09
dad and I have always had a rocky
1:17:11
relationship you wrote a sister hey ross
1:17:13
and mocha fix my life my dad has
1:17:15
always been closer with my brother than me
1:17:18
since we were kids my parents divorced when
1:17:20
I was young and it wasn't on a
1:17:22
good note there's a lot that has happened
1:17:25
between us and between him and our family
1:17:27
but most recently he has cut all communication
1:17:29
with me due to nothing my wedding is
1:17:31
in a year and I really don't know
1:17:34
what to do do I forgive and forget
1:17:36
again or do I try
1:17:38
one more time do I just let things
1:17:40
be what do I do do you want I'm
1:17:42
at your so this all comes down to whether you
1:17:44
want to sort of try and reconcile with him so
1:17:47
he can be a part of the wedding that's what
1:17:49
I'm guessing yeah and I mean my life
1:17:51
in general but I think part of me is
1:17:53
probably using my wedding as an excuse totally yeah
1:17:55
and an answer yeah what he means so
1:17:57
when he when he cut off all communication
1:17:59
recently with you, what was that
1:18:01
due to? Honestly, I got an
1:18:03
answer from his ex-girlfriend and she had
1:18:06
mentioned just in conversation with me that
1:18:08
he said at Christmas time when
1:18:10
we all got together that everyone
1:18:12
was asking him for money and that's
1:18:14
all we want him for and
1:18:16
blah blah blah blah blah. Was he right? Was
1:18:19
he right? No, absolutely not. I personally
1:18:21
have made it a mission to never ask
1:18:23
my dad for anything because he's
1:18:25
someone that'll never let you live it down. Right. And
1:18:28
it was it was kind of a rocky situation
1:18:30
before we even got to Christmas anyways. He was
1:18:32
non-term, the good terms with my brother, this and
1:18:35
that and we said, you know what, listen, we're
1:18:37
getting together for Christmas. We'd love to have you,
1:18:39
you know, take it
1:18:41
or leave it and he ended
1:18:43
up coming but my dad is
1:18:45
also an alcoholic. So, that's
1:18:48
tough. I would say
1:18:51
whatever you want to do, do
1:18:54
it with the wedding
1:18:56
on the back burner. Meaning, if you want
1:18:58
to rekindle and rebuild a relationship with your
1:19:00
dad, don't do
1:19:03
it because of the wedding. Don't even think that
1:19:05
this is so he can be a part of
1:19:07
the wedding because if you really wanted to, if
1:19:09
there was no wedding, what would you be doing
1:19:11
right now? Yeah, I guess that's right.
1:19:14
What you're doing is you're setting yourself up
1:19:16
potentially to try and make somebody
1:19:18
feel a part of something who has done
1:19:20
nothing but make you feel
1:19:22
excluded. Yeah. Right. And
1:19:25
so, don't worry about the wedding because
1:19:28
if it all goes to hell anyway, it's you to
1:19:30
blame, right? You can't blame your dad.
1:19:32
You already have a non-existent relationship. So, if he
1:19:35
does show up at your wedding, that's on you,
1:19:38
right? You can't invite somebody who you don't
1:19:40
get along with who's an alcoholic to your
1:19:42
wedding and it becomes a
1:19:45
drunken mess, you know, blame him. That's
1:19:47
on you. You don't need that stress on your wedding day. Well,
1:19:49
that's kind of how I feel. Like if
1:19:52
I'm being brutally honest with myself, I mean,
1:19:54
I have a feeling that things would go
1:19:56
a lot smoother without having them there. Then that's
1:19:58
what you do. I think you just get gave
1:20:00
yourself the answer. I don't know if
1:20:02
I'll live with regret, right?
1:20:05
So that you fill my dad. Yeah. Well,
1:20:07
I mean, listen, he's got, if he, if,
1:20:09
if he wants to be your dad, he
1:20:11
has to start acting like your dad. And
1:20:15
right now his relationship with you seems that every time
1:20:17
he walks in the room, you guys are asking him
1:20:19
for money, whether that's right or wrong. Uh, that's
1:20:22
what he's holding on to. So he,
1:20:24
whatever situation he walks into is already
1:20:26
going to be filled with resentment. Yeah.
1:20:30
Right. And you call him guaranteed. If
1:20:32
you call him and mentioned wedding, he
1:20:35
is immediately going to think that the only reason why
1:20:37
you picked up the phone is because you want him
1:20:39
to help pay for it. Yeah. Yeah.
1:20:41
And he's, he's made common about that before. Guaranteed,
1:20:44
guaranteed. Maybe,
1:20:48
maybe the invite for the wedding is not
1:20:50
the way to go. I think it'll relieve
1:20:52
stress on you and probably like everybody else
1:20:54
that's worried about the exact same thing. That's
1:20:56
it. Right. My mom's like, well, who are you going to
1:20:58
sit in with at the table? And I'm like, well, no,
1:21:00
hopefully you, he's like, well, I don't want to spend your
1:21:02
wedding taking care of him. No, no. You
1:21:05
don't need that drama and it's, it's unfair to your
1:21:07
mom and it's unfair to, you know, you don't need
1:21:09
to, you don't need to do this. So if you
1:21:11
do want to try and rebuild a relationship, I would
1:21:13
say take it slow and leave the wedding out of
1:21:15
it. I guess, I don't know. I guess part
1:21:17
of me too is kind of like, you know, if I wanted to reach out,
1:21:21
like I basically have to Facebook message my
1:21:23
own father to say, Hey, can
1:21:26
we talk? And I just feel like I'm always
1:21:28
the one doing it. Never since him and my
1:21:30
mom divorced, I've always been, I don't
1:21:32
know, I guess maybe because I've reminded him so much
1:21:35
of my mom, which has been said before that, you
1:21:37
know, he'd rather kind of not put full effort in
1:21:39
with me. And that's, that's, that's bull. Right.
1:21:41
And my brother's, my brother is able to just
1:21:44
be like, Oh yeah, it's totally fine. And throw it
1:21:46
over his shoulder, even though to be honest, he does
1:21:48
get, you know, the worst end of it a lot
1:21:50
of the time that there are doing and stuff like
1:21:52
that. But I just, at this
1:21:54
point I'm like, you know what? It's been years.
1:21:56
I'm, I'm, I'm coming
1:21:58
over at this point. time.
1:22:00
Then roll with that for a while. Give
1:22:03
yourself a break. Laura, do you need this stress in your
1:22:05
life right now? No. Okay. Then you're
1:22:07
the only one putting it there. Yeah. And
1:22:11
I think that him saying that he doesn't
1:22:13
want to talk to you because you remind
1:22:16
him of your mother is such a bogus
1:22:18
line. There's zero truth to that. He
1:22:20
doesn't want to see you because he doesn't want to see you. And
1:22:25
that sucks to hear. Yeah. Right.
1:22:28
Oh, Laura. I'm sorry. You're going to this terrible thing
1:22:30
to hear. It's a terrible, terrible, terrible thing to hear.
1:22:32
Um, but this
1:22:34
happens with people and, uh,
1:22:37
your dad has built up some sort
1:22:40
of story in his head that is
1:22:42
filled with resentment towards the people he
1:22:44
walked out on. And that is
1:22:47
not a problem for you to fix. You're
1:22:50
so right. I
1:22:53
guess I kind of just needed someone to either, you
1:22:55
know, shoot me straight and kind of tell me what I've been
1:22:57
thinking all along or, you know,
1:23:00
maybe direct me in the other way. But I know,
1:23:02
I know, we just went to five
1:23:04
weddings this summer and every time it was
1:23:06
the father daughter dance, you just kind of have
1:23:09
to sit there and go, you know, I'm not going to
1:23:11
have that. Right. And you have to just be
1:23:14
able to accept it and be able
1:23:16
to move on and keep strong with your
1:23:18
choice. Or, you know, there's a little part of you that's the
1:23:20
back of your head and you're like, you know, even if it
1:23:22
has nothing to do with the wedding, like it's your dad. That
1:23:24
dance, by the way, okay,
1:23:27
is yes, it's a father daughter dance, but
1:23:29
it's more than that. It's, it's, it's
1:23:31
a moment where you take
1:23:33
time to celebrate
1:23:36
each other and you
1:23:38
wrap your arms around somebody who
1:23:40
you know will be there for you. Always
1:23:42
will always have your back no matter what.
1:23:46
And at the end of it all, when
1:23:48
everything goes to hell, it will probably be
1:23:50
the last one standing for you. And that
1:23:52
is not your dad. Not
1:23:55
that dances for that person. You're
1:23:59
going to be okay. It's going to be a beautiful wedding. Thank
1:24:01
you so much. I really appreciate you taking the time.
1:24:03
Okay. Love. We always got time for you. Okay. Thanks.
1:24:06
I love you guys. I'll be right back. Ross
1:24:09
and Moka fixed my life on
1:24:14
a big article in variety talking about how the
1:24:16
Kelsey brothers are Hollywood's highest free agents right now.
1:24:19
Uh, so Travis is currently taping a version
1:24:22
of, are you smarter than a fifth grade
1:24:24
or for Amazon, uh, prime video called are
1:24:26
you smarter than a celebrity? I
1:24:28
thought it was a fifth grade thing, but I, it's, it's, are you
1:24:31
smarter than a celebrity? So I guess you're going to bring in celebs
1:24:33
and then have your bronies just
1:24:35
compete against famous people. Uh,
1:24:38
during super bowl weekend, uh, Jason
1:24:41
Kelsey was courted by every
1:24:44
broadcaster who runs NFL to join
1:24:46
their broadcast team. So CBS, NBC,
1:24:48
and ESPN. Then he showed up
1:24:51
at, uh, uh, Rasslemania with
1:24:53
Ray Mysterio, um, hosted
1:24:58
Saturday night live. And
1:25:00
when Travis was there, he told the
1:25:02
Hollywood reporter that he was interested in,
1:25:04
in pursuing scripted roles as well. So
1:25:06
he went and got an acting agent.
1:25:09
Uh, they're also currently shopping a new deal
1:25:11
for their podcasts. Taylor's doing her part to
1:25:13
promote it. We're in the new heights baseball
1:25:15
cap at Coachella. Um, that's why I love
1:25:17
that podcast by the way. You do. I
1:25:19
know you do. They're fan base. Yeah. They
1:25:21
did a live show. I think it was
1:25:23
in Cincinnati a couple of weeks ago. Yeah.
1:25:26
Inside of like, um, an
1:25:28
arena and you should have seen the amount of people
1:25:31
that showed up. Really? Yeah. It was incredible. Um,
1:25:33
so as far as podcast money goes,
1:25:35
like Joe Rogan is really the top.
1:25:37
His new deal was 250 million with
1:25:39
Spotify. Uh, the most recent was the
1:25:41
smart less, um, uh, deal with Amazon
1:25:43
for 100 million. So
1:25:45
Jason Bateman and them. Yeah. So they're,
1:25:47
they're saying that an eight figure deal
1:25:49
for the Kelsey brothers for new heights,
1:25:51
uh, is not out of the question
1:25:54
in any way. So they're
1:25:56
looking at that. And, uh, bag
1:25:58
recently on the new. It's podcast
1:26:00
Jason Kelsey admitted to not wearing
1:26:02
underpants. All right now, it's time
1:26:04
to talk about our next sponsor.
1:26:08
Tommy John. Yeah, this is a
1:26:10
bold statement, Jason. I'm going to
1:26:12
say it. Tommy John underwear is
1:26:14
claiming they have the most comfortable
1:26:16
underwear out there. And,
1:26:19
uh, I think you should be the
1:26:21
deciding factor on that statement. As I've
1:26:23
said on the show, um, I
1:26:26
do not wear underwear and I don't.
1:26:29
Wear underwear based on comfort. The reason
1:26:31
I don't wear underwear is because I
1:26:33
find it unnecessary and, uh, problematic
1:26:37
to the freedom that my
1:26:40
boys like to enjoy. If that's going
1:26:42
to change, I don't, I
1:26:45
guess I don't think that's going to change. So
1:26:47
I'm curious to see what you're coming or what
1:26:49
Tommy John is offering. When do you wear underwear?
1:26:52
When, what situation do you actually wear underwear? Every
1:26:54
time I'm working out, like if I'm doing something
1:26:56
physical, I'll wear like my
1:26:58
thighs shape. So I do have to
1:27:00
wear. So like, okay. Yeah,
1:27:03
you don't have to wear, what are they called?
1:27:06
When you're working out, like a compression short, compression
1:27:09
shorts, like, uh, like a very pressure
1:27:11
shorts, like a heavy polyester and physical
1:27:14
activity, it reduces the friction. You're
1:27:16
in luck because Tommy John does
1:27:18
have a compression, like sportsy
1:27:21
athletic wear type of, um, material.
1:27:23
I'll try that out. There you
1:27:25
go. I
1:27:28
love that guy. I love
1:27:30
that guy so much. Yeah. I would say
1:27:32
I wear under, I never went into where I right
1:27:34
after the gym. Right. Say that again.
1:27:36
I typed it when I finished the gym is when
1:27:38
I don't wear underpants because I never, I
1:27:40
never bring underpants with me to the gym. Whoa.
1:27:42
So I work out. I work out in my
1:27:45
underpants. Yeah. When I change, take a shower and
1:27:47
get dressed again, I don't put underpants back on
1:27:49
and then for the rest of the day. Yeah.
1:27:52
I'll go the rest of the day. Oh my God. In
1:27:54
jeans. Yeah. Oh, I
1:27:57
can't do that. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
1:27:59
You're different. The guy room barely
1:28:01
have. that's like Northern Virginia
1:28:03
and they're like I understand
1:28:05
if. If is track pants or something
1:28:07
like that, right? Now
1:28:10
but not easy but not in
1:28:12
dem Jane's yeah, absolutely no legal
1:28:14
free jazz. Afraid of that world
1:28:16
like this brother? Yeah and stuff
1:28:18
no no it's a everything is
1:28:20
like it. I'd rather nice us.
1:28:23
As. I say it's a it's a good luck as the things
1:28:25
you go where they want to go know raymond even when
1:28:27
you go to the what like. Uma that one
1:28:29
time I told you guys. That
1:28:31
one time. I
1:28:33
sipped on myself but a few good as it but if you
1:28:36
can is. Over you know you
1:28:38
always sit on the toilet anyway you because I
1:28:40
still zip. Off
1:28:42
the not, Xena, don't you worry about that like I worry
1:28:44
about that now all the time. As
1:28:47
the worst feeling. No, no, I don't
1:28:49
actually worry about that at all. At
1:28:52
all. Yeah. No, no underpants is
1:28:54
glorious, freeing, so great in sorts,
1:28:56
but like, ah, even insurance. Yeah,
1:28:58
I got these events and second
1:29:01
hand in no, no, I feel
1:29:03
I feel no pain. Yeah Viking,
1:29:05
are you know me? Or
1:29:07
small. Wow
1:29:11
Things Arabia. Is
1:29:14
a little bit broken from Wow. That's
1:29:17
my father and mother. Susan. Well, so says
1:29:19
the guy who's five free for all recording
1:29:22
that internal energy. Remember, we're talking about the
1:29:24
show. Was reading the show. I'm with a
1:29:26
resounding small, big and small set up. I
1:29:29
got a text from somebody that said you
1:29:31
should call the show I'm fifty to sixty
1:29:33
four. Ah on I was like
1:29:35
and I was like why I wrote back
1:29:37
and they were like is no to subsume
1:29:39
and your seats for of unmodified. Says
1:29:48
Anyways, I get admitted that backfire
1:29:51
hard for. The
1:29:53
rods and movies you. A
1:29:56
question for you are how often how many
1:29:58
times a day would you. that you
1:30:00
check your phone. How many times a day would
1:30:02
you say that you check your phone? Uh,
1:30:05
I don't know like 50? 50?
1:30:08
Does that seem right? Shem? 100 for
1:30:11
sure. 100, Maria? Oh, I know. Yeah. Maria's
1:30:13
in the thousands. I'm like constantly checking both
1:30:15
phones. I've never seen Maria without her phone
1:30:17
in her hand. Oh yeah, Maria has two
1:30:19
phones, that's right. Yeah, I got two. Uh,
1:30:22
Deimori? I'd say 1500. 1500? 1500? There's no way. Uh,
1:30:27
they say more than half the people, uh, check
1:30:30
their phones 144 times a day according to this poll.
1:30:34
So 56.9% of the people polled check their phones 144 times a day.
1:30:36
Uh, how many of you, uh, check
1:30:45
your phone within the first 10 minutes
1:30:47
of waking up? Oh yeah. Yep. Yeah,
1:30:49
absolutely. My alarm. Sorry. Within the first
1:30:51
what? You say minutes or seconds? Minutes
1:30:54
within the first 10 minutes of waking up. Oh, within
1:30:56
the first 10 seconds of waking up. As soon as
1:30:58
my eyes open and I see my phone,
1:31:02
I grab it, unlock, and then I'm
1:31:04
CEO what up? Really? Oh yeah. Okay.
1:31:06
Uh, 89% of people do the same.
1:31:08
Uh, how many of you feel
1:31:10
uneasy if you leave your phone at home? Oh, 100%. Yes.
1:31:13
Depends on what I'm doing. Like if I'm walking the dog?
1:31:15
No. If you're going out for the day? Yes.
1:31:18
Okay. 75% of people feel the
1:31:20
same way. Uh, check your phones
1:31:22
within five minutes of receiving a notification.
1:31:25
Depends on who it's from. Yeah, I
1:31:27
would say no, but you still check your phone to see
1:31:30
who the notification was from. Well, it'll say like a name,
1:31:32
but it won't say what it says. What if you just
1:31:34
hear it vibrate? Oh, I'll look. So you
1:31:36
do. I thought you meant like open
1:31:38
it and read it. No. Uh,
1:31:41
use your phone on the, use your phone on the toilet. Yeah,
1:31:43
I've done that. Come
1:31:45
on, everybody. Just say yeah. Yeah. Okay. Everybody
1:31:48
just say yes. You know, you do it. Yeah.
1:31:50
75% of people use their phone on the
1:31:53
toilet. Uh, have texted someone in the same
1:31:55
room as them. Yes. Yeah. All the time.
1:31:57
Uh, sleep with their phone at night close
1:31:59
to their bed yes yes
1:32:01
no consider themselves addicted to
1:32:04

1:32:06

1:32:12
