He gets so pissed off that he threatens to drive almost 200 miles to the building where OP works so he can beat up OP. Dude... you called a tech support guy on the phone. How will you even know what he looks like? Are you just going to come up to random people and ask, "Hello, are you the guy who I threatened to beat up?"
