Welcome friends and fellow runners!  I haven't updated you in a while but wanted to thank Steve Runner for running the Groton Road Race with me, and featuring me on the latest episode of phedipidations. Steve has been a friend to many of us over the past ten years that he has been producing his wonderful show.  Believe me, I realize how fortunate I am to be close enough to meet Steve for races. The Groton Road race is a wonderful spring event where Chris Russell, the race director, does a superb job of executing the race. We had the good fortune of meeting up with several other friends from around New England for a wonderful day.  If you are anywhere in the six State New England area, please consider coming to Groton next April to run this race and meet up with a bunch of wonderful fellow runners.As you will hear on the show, I am a prostate cancer survivor.
