General Dogra served in the Indian Army for over 37 years with a wide-ranging experience in Strategic Planning, Administration, Leadership and more.He was awarded Ati Vashisht Seva Medal  in March 2019 by the President of India in recognition of "distinguished service of an exceptional order"He is a committed sportsman and an adventure enthusiast.
