Zach (@zmikesell8) and McCade (@mickeyc324) got together and discussed their personal fitness goals and progress. Earlier this year, they recorded a podcast (Episode 05, Mountain Fit - 2018 Fitness Goals) in which they discussed their goals and ambitions, in order to be physically prepared on the mountain, come hunting season.

Also, Zach breaks down some of the lessons learned from his first year as a bowhunter. It’s been a fun, and challenging season, with several highs, and many more lows. You may be able to relate to some of the things Zach learned.
