Preston started building his own call center years ago with a partner and went through plenty of ups and downs, from sleeping out of his car to  spending weeks on the road helping companies build their internal and out-bounding sales teams. He had to rebuild several times and now has his own system dialed in, as he started his own company and consulting company called Nu-Waze, looking to expand into more industries in the near future.
