Pan-American Sambo Federation Congress was held in Punta-Kana. The representatives of 5 countries of 7 registered arrived to the Dominican Republic. The 6th, Panama, provided the voice with the power of attorney. Presidents and other members of the national federations discussed the problems that hinder the development of sambo in the Americas. And they tried to find ways to solve them. Jack Kogan was again relected the president of Pan-American Sambo Federation. Also participants of the Congress adopted new members of the executive committee.
