This is the second part of episode 51 where Derrick and Samuel talk about the most random stuff. This one they talk about horny goat weed aka the sex pills at the gas station. Then they talk about drugs and how Samuel is too big of a wimp to do drugs. This obviously opens the floor to racism in California and not seeing it in Los Angeles. Then they cap it with C.O.P which is the city of Palmdale lifeguards which is where Samuel met Derrick.
