The profound teachings of the Buddha lead me straight into the power of presence, simplicity & experiential learning. A few key takeaways from the teachings have reminded me how truly life-changing and tangible these energies are that we're working with. The human body is a brilliant computer, and in this episode I share some first-hand experiences with my own subconscious, and a reminder as to why our work with them is the answer to (basically) everything.
