When you have nothing but time what do you do? You look in the mirror and point out everything about yourself you “HATE”. I am sharing some things that have been going on in my head when it comes to my body and what I am now changing to create a stronger body and a more positive mind.
It all starts at home as they say. We can’t have a better body if mentally we’re still beating ourselves up for not having the “perfect body” whatever that is. Let’s start today speaking a different narrative on the way we speak to our bodies. We look dam good now own that!
