It’s July… the time of year those of us in the Northern hemisphere like to go somewhere, anywhere, to get away from the heat… Which is also, usually, a great time to catch up on your reading. So, I thought this would be a good time to share three behavioral finance picks that will improve your portfolio results by giving you insight into why you make the investment decisions (and mistakes) that you (we all) do. The good news is markets are not predictable but that people are remarkably predictable in their irrational response to markets and therein lies the opportunity for profit.

“The finance industry talks too much about what to do, and not enough about what happens in your head when you try to do it.” - Morgan Housel, Collaborative Fund

In this episode, I share: ✓ My deepest scar as an investment advisor ✓ My personal reading and resources list ✓ The number one factor affecting portfolio returns over the long run ✓ Three areas of behavioral finance for you to read up on ✓ How you can profit from the insights of behavioral finance
