In this episode I interviewed 24 year old restaurant owner of Casters Bar and Grill Brad Lancaster. Brad started his career at 13 years old working as a pot washer and took his first job as a chef at 14.
His journey is truly inspiring. Opening a restaurant at 21 years old is a huge achievement however, this has not come lightly as Brad describes the ups and downs to being a restaurant owner and how he has dealt with the pressures in the kitchen. We also touch on Brad working for Gordon Ramsey and how without that experience the possibility of Caster may not have come to life at the ripe age of 21.
