Mike Medavoy was co-founder of Orion Pictures, chairman of TriStar Pictures, head of production for United Artists and is the current chairman and CEO of Phoenix Pictures. He’s been honored with countless awards including the Motion Picture Pioneer of the Year Award, numerous international film festival awards, UCLA’s Career Achievement Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Cannes Film Festival, and it’s easy to see why.
