Life Unexpected - Leaning into self love & curiosity with Jenn Heard. 

In this most recent episode (and last episode recorded in the kitchen studio) Jenn shares some insights into her life after she became a single mom to a special needs child, facing emotional abandoned by family (doing the best the knew how), and experiencing depression when times got pretty tough. 

She expresses some of the hurt and healing she has done since shifting her mindset to support herself into more self love, and showing up in more curiosity to discover how to live a more fulfilling life.
