Scarlet was a letter and then it was a podcast.
0:04
Let me tell you a story. Well, I've done some interesting stuff this week.
0:09
It's actually been a very busy week. Um, I have signed up with a real estate broker and I've completed my contract.
0:20
There's so much involved with getting back into this.
0:24
I had a lengthy talk with my recruiter about the job that I was doing, and he agreed with
0:32
me. I did nothing wrong, according to the Department of Real Estate, because I did not
0:40
I was not selling real estate or licensed with a broker at the time that I was doing
0:46
that job. So there is no moral clause issue at all.
0:52
Um, he was very interesting and very nice man.
0:58
Very, very successful at what he did.
1:02
Um, contacted him, asked him his opinion about what his company did.
1:07
Uh, I have to be honest. In the past, I was so successful at real estate, I could pretty much call any real
1:14
estate company I wanted to based on my track history and only pay them 5% commission.
1:20
And then I would keep the rest.
1:23
But this company seems to offer a lot more.
1:26
They've got so many people that help you and work for you.
1:29
Um, doing things to make it time saving for you that I'm almost overwhelmed with How many
1:36
people are involved in this process with this company.
1:39
Um, but after researching them, I feel that I'm going to go with them even though, gosh
1:45
darn, they want 20%, which I have not paid since my first year in real estate, probably
1:52
less than the whole first year because I figured why the heck would I give that kind
1:56
of money away when I can do it all myself?
1:59
But you know what? I'm going to give them a try. I did call around and I wanted to get a really good selfie taken, but people wanted 4
2:10
or 5, six, $700 to do a quality selfie.
2:14
And I thought, you know, with all the photos I had to take when I had that, you know, top
2:19
4% onlyfans site and with the escorting thingy, I know, I know how to take a really
2:27
good selfie and yeah, I took a selfie. It came out fabulous.
2:30
It's very professional as usual.
2:33
I'm not flashing boobies. So, um, I will have my business cards next week.
2:42
I'm already live up on their website.
2:45
Am I concerned that, um, jerks or sociopaths to get a
2:55
thrill will call the company and say, Hey, do you know what this girl was doing Now, I
3:04
did speak to the recruiter about this.
3:07
He says, no one's going to care what you did as long as you're making sales.
3:13
Um, which is true.
3:16
I have been licensed for 20 years.
3:21
I started in 2003.
3:24
Back then, to find out what houses were available, you actually had to go to a book
3:31
and look up listings, or you would go to your office and there would be this whole
3:37
wall would be dedicated to listings that people had taped up because there was no
3:42
Internet. I actually, when the Internet first came out, was one of the first people
3:49
in the entire town that I was working at to build a website and put my information up
3:55
there. I've had the same tagline, you know, the nickname since 2003, just the exact same
4:02
line. Um, in those 20 years, did I sell?
4:07
Did I sell real estate for 20 years? No, I probably sold real estate.
4:12
To be honest, for only three, maybe something years, I sold 350 homes because I'm
4:20
highly detailed. I'm very competitive.
4:27
The last real estate company that I left.
4:30
I left as their number one agent.
4:34
I took the $500,000 that I had made in two years, and I bought that business that I
4:43
saved during the pandemic.
4:46
Um, I sold truckloads of home, but on the other hand, I was spending a lot of money on
4:52
Zillow and Trulia advertising, but that was because I was able to afford it, because I
4:57
was in a rural area. I don't dare look at that cost out here in Los Angeles.
5:03
It would be psycho. So I'm going to do what I normally do.
5:07
I'm going to be super nice and friendly and go out and just start talking to people.
5:13
This recruiter did say.
5:17
I can tell that you're a really nice human being. We spoke at great length.
5:21
He came to my place and I did show him I have an entire wall filled with diplomas from
5:30
not only college. I you know, I did go to Fullerton College.
5:35
I was a college homecoming queen.
5:37
Um, and plus I was on clubs, but also I was I have been a licensed universal life
5:47
minister since 2013.
5:50
I decided to frame that up.
5:52
I, I've gosh, I've married over 60 people, but I also put up my Reiki diplomas and my,
6:00
you know, hypnotherapy graduation diploma and also, you know, the boards that I
6:06
belonged to as a hypnotist.
6:11
But, you know, he said he said you should contact all your old customers.
6:16
And I said, are you? I looked at him all goofy eyed I said, Are you kidding me?
6:21
He says, No, you're a really nice person.
6:23
I can tell that anyone that had been with you would be very supportive of you.
6:30
And I said, Do you really, really think so?
6:33
Because I told him, I said, I have no social network.
6:37
I have been doing that job.
6:39
Gosh. Since, gosh, is it 2020?
6:45
It's 2020. It was when things were going.
6:49
Very badly. And the governor had had me stop my business.
6:54
And then I waited even a month beyond that, thinking that I was just too old.
7:02
Would anyone pay to see me?
7:04
Which is funny because I became so sought after.
7:08
As I told you guys, I was charging a thousand an hour and getting lots of
7:13
customers. So anyway, um, yeah.
7:17
So, yeah, I've been doing this job, gosh, two something, two something years.
7:22
And then of course, I was doing it during the Great Recession.
7:25
So maybe, maybe a total of almost six years.
7:29
Um, anyway, so I did have, I did have a guy I don't even know if I sent him to this
7:38
Scarlet Rose blush website his tagline.
7:41
His email just says Big Dog. So Mister Big Dog has been pursuing me for almost two years.
7:47
He did not like my price. He didn't like my prices when I was 400.
7:51
Then I raised him to six, then it was eight, then it was a thousand.
7:53
And then he's finally saying, okay, you know, I'm ready to see you.
7:56
And I was like, Hey, I stopped. So he gets a hold of me and he says, Are you off the radar now?
8:03
Are you not doing this? And the guy, the real estate recruiter guy had just left.
8:09
And I looked at that email for the longest time and I said, No, I'm not available, but I
8:17
am a 20 year licensed realtor. If you'd like me to help you with buying or selling any properties or I am a certified
8:27
hypno hypnotist, I have hypnotherapist.
8:30
You got to be careful if you say the word therapist in California hypnotist.
8:35
And also I am getting my master's in Reiki.
8:38
If you need any of these services, I would love to help you.
8:42
So wasnt I surprised Like an hour later I said, Well, I don't actually need any help
8:48
with those. But then it was several hours after that, he got ahold of me and he said,
8:52
Well, I do have four rental properties that I inherited.
8:56
And I looked at that and I responded back and I said, Well, God's blessed you.
9:01
I mean, are you kidding me? He's in Playa Vista.
9:03
He's got he inherited four rental properties. I said, When you're ready to talk about that, let me know.
9:09
And I guess I am going to go ahead. And as soon as I get the business cards, I guess I'm going to go ahead and send that guy
9:17
my link to both websites, not only the Reiki hypnotherapy, which is all going to be
9:23
combined into one site, but I'll also send him the real estate profile.
9:28
And when I did, you know, they ask for a bio, I did put in that, you know, 20 licensed
9:37
real estate agent, 350 sales.
9:39
That sounds like a lot. Now, it's not like I said, I did most of those sales in three, four years.
9:46
If I'd really been selling for 20 years, um, it would have been off the charts.
9:51
But anyway, I can get a job anywhere in this town based on those stats, plus all my five
9:57
star reviews on Zillow. Um, but I put down that I was a business owner, but that is being taken care of.
10:05
And also I put down the Reiki and the hypnotherapy and then I also mentioned that I
10:11
was an inmate supervisor at a men's prison.
10:14
And it's funny, I've had all these different departments call me today because they're
10:18
welcoming me. They're all part of the support team that will be there to help me
10:24
during transactions and stuff. Because when I was doing real estate before I had my private own transaction coordinator,
10:31
she was my assistant transaction coordinator man.
10:34
This girl was jumping. She was constantly busy.
10:37
But there is this whole team of people and oh my gosh, when I go out to a listing or a.
10:45
A presentation. I hand them this beautiful book.
10:51
No, the book is inside this box.
10:53
It's quite expensive looking. They're basically going to print up books with my photo and my information in there.
10:59
And each of these people that have called me over the last two days have said, Wow, I'm
11:04
reading your bio. It sounds so great.
11:07
You know, that bio is that bio is about 5% of my life.
11:13
I can't even tell them the rest of the stuff that's going on and not just stuff about, you
11:18
know, being an escort. I mean, jeez, I sold cars for three years.
11:21
My very first month I was number one.
11:25
That was Buena Park, Mazda, Volkswagen.
11:27
It's not even there any longer. My very first month, because I love cars, you know, I love going to car shows.
11:32
They're just fun. So anyway, um, am I worried about some, uh, sociopath incel woman
11:43
hating, uh, person calling up my real estate company and saying, hey, blah, blah, blah,
11:50
blah, blah. I know for a.
11:53
Freaking fact that's going to happen because people are generally awful.
12:00
Um, so we'll just have to see how things pan out.
12:03
You know, I have been up. Front, I've been honest because that's the kind of person I am.
12:07
And so. Yeah, we'll see.
12:11
I, maybe I'll, I'll put things on Eventbrite.
12:15
Those are little event things where you can organize things.
12:18
Maybe I'll have learn about real estate on the beach, I don't know.
12:22
But I have to wait a week until I get my business cards.
12:24
But nope, I'm in. I'm doing it.
12:27
And like, tonight will be the tonight will be the night.
12:31
Actually, it's Thursday night will be the night when I will make the changes that my
12:35
daughter and her boyfriend and I, we sat in front of the computer for about, oh, half
12:39
hour the other night, and they gave me some great feedback, such as my website still
12:45
looks like I'm escorting because, you know, that main photo is very escorty looking.
12:51
Well, that's why I had that made God darn, that was an expensive photo that was done
12:55
professionally. Those photos, one of the most expensive women in all of Los Angeles.
13:01
I was only able to get in because it was it was smack dab in the middle of the pandemic
13:05
and she had openings. Now she's probably booked months out anyway, So I'm going to take that out.
13:11
I'm going to make things more healing.
13:14
Also, they told me to put that big old bio on a whole separate page because.
13:18
You know, they're 20 something. They said, Hey, people have limited attention spans.
13:22
If I saw this entire geez bio that you have down here and there, again, that bio that
13:29
doesn't have everything about me and all the weird stuff I've done, that 12inches of
13:35
typing is a small percentage of what I am and what I've done.
13:40
So yeah, I'm going to do that. I'm going to take their. Advice and do that.
13:43
Tonight. And then, gosh darn, Friday.
13:47
I guess Friday, Saturday. I'm going to build that hypnotherapy.
13:52
Hypnosis. Reiki website and get it all up.
13:58
So it's funny.
14:02
I've had this. This. Come back floating around in my mind for a while if someone gave me crap
14:13
about being an escort.
14:16
During the pandemic and the Great Recession.
14:20
Because you know what's funny? I'm actually pretty freaking intelligent.
14:24
And when I had to make out that bio, I pulled out all my college transcripts.
14:31
My. I had a lot more stuff than I even remembered.
14:34
I looked pretty, pretty darn well rounded.
14:38
I can talk to anyone about anything. Um, but I thought.
14:44
You know, people, if they pooh poohed me, like, how could you have done that?
14:49
I think I would probably say, you know.
14:54
Back at the. Salem Witch trials, they used to they used to throw women into the local stream or river.
15:04
And if she drowned, she was a good woman.
15:07
But if she was able to pull herself up to the surface, which I'm presuming back then,
15:14
women were wearing. 50 or £60 of.
15:17
Material on. Them because they had those big old long dresses and stuff.
15:21
I think that I. Would probably say, um.
15:27
You know. I'd probably give that example can only an honest.
15:33
Good woman. Uh, not do this.
15:39
Should I have been homeless and in the streets and keep my honor?
15:45
Or, uh, was it better that I just survived?
15:49
Not only survived, but flourished in that.
15:52
That specific industry that I was in.
15:55
Um, and here I am on the other side.
15:58
I made it through. So anyway.
16:02
Let's see how things. Let's how things let's see if I get.
16:06
A call from the owner of the company or some other manager saying, Hey, it's come to our
16:10
attention that there's this weird part about you and we're going to have to let you go.
16:15
I don't know what I'd say. I guess I'd have to pull out the whole Salem witch trial drowning thing.
16:20
But you know what? I'm a business owner. I've got to respect people's decisions.
16:25
Um, it's funny. The judge who I told you guys last week, who was my customer and I want out to dinner
16:34
with, he did get back. He did listen to the.
16:38
The YouTube. He liked it very much and he appreciated that.
16:43
And. I appreciated that too.
16:48
Um, let's see here. Huh? Interesting thing.
16:54
My doctor. I found a brand new hormone doctor last week who increased my hormones.
17:00
He said he didn't like the amount I used before, so I have a huge.
17:06
For the last week, I've had a huge increase in my testosterone, which was the reason I
17:11
was having so much. So many orgasms.
17:16
But now I'm on an even higher dose.
17:19
So before.
17:22
Yesterday, the previous couple of days ago, the sugar daddy guy came over.
17:29
Wow. That was a session.
17:31
Jeez, I thank God I'm putting down those bed pads.
17:35
But yesterday he came over.
17:37
I was ready to jump on him. You know what? He was tired.
17:40
He spent the night here. He cuddled in bed by himself, looking at his YouTube.
17:46
Said he loves coming. Here to. Relax. Uh, and you know what he said?
17:50
He goes, I'm just tired. I've worked really, really hard.
17:53
I didn't. I didn't pressure. Him, but I was like, what the heck?
17:57
Are you kidding me? You're not going to jump me? Uh, very surprised by that.
18:01
And by the way, I know he's going to listen to this. Don't stress out about it, honey.
18:05
Um, just very surprised.
18:08
I was, like, ready to get. You know, plowed.
18:11
And here I went to the gym today because I'm very muscular.
18:15
And I did go to I did go back to that woman's spa a few days ago, which I sent you guys on
18:24
my, you know, social media, a photo of me with my hair in a bun.
18:29
Yeah. They scrubbed you down and washed you.
18:31
But she kept looking down on me, though, you know, I'm laying there on the table and she's
18:34
about to put the the washcloth over my eyes while she's, you know, rubbing this oil all
18:39
over me. It's oil mixed with yogurt and honey, that was quite the thing because this
18:46
girl, she this lady, she really got in all the nooks and crannies and she looks down at
18:50
me and she goes, she stopped and she goes, Are you are you in TV?
18:55
And I said, No, I'm not in TV. She goes, And then she looked at and she goes, You look like a movie star.
19:00
And I said, Surprisingly, I've heard that a few times.
19:04
And she goes, You're so pretty.
19:06
And I said, Yeah, I'm 60.
19:09
And she went and she jumped back like she'd been shocked with electricity.
19:13
She goes, No, no, no. And I said, Yeah, yeah.
19:15
She goes, How can you look this good? And then she proceeds to tell me that she goes, When you got on the table, I saw your
19:21
muscle tone. And she goes, You look like you work out.
19:24
Well, yeah, I lift a lot of weights. Not a lot of weights, but, you know, I lift weights and.
19:27
And I said, Yeah, I just try to keep in shape.
19:30
So and I said, You're making my ego feel really good.
19:35
Thank you so much for telling me that. And of course, I gave her a big tip.
19:40
Um, so that's what's going on.
19:44
Will I probably tell everyone oof the name of the real estate company next week?
19:50
I don't know. I don't know.
19:54
Maybe. Maybe I will. I'm going to wait till I have the business cards and it's all set up.
20:00
I will be next week as soon as I maybe.
20:05
Yeah, I will be calling.
20:08
I will be turning on that work phone and calling all my customers.
20:13
Um, I did speak to Sugar Daddy about this, and he thought it was a great idea.
20:17
And I want. Seriously, you.
20:20
Seriously. Thinks this is a good idea to call all my customers?
20:24
He says, Yeah. He says, Yeah. He goes, I know that I'd support you.
20:30
He goes, You're a really you're an honest, you're a kind person.
20:33
And he goes, And I know for a fact that anyone that's been with you knows that also.
20:39
That's why the reviews are like that.
20:41
I think that anyone that you're with is going to support you.
20:44
And I'll be darned. I did have two clients get a hold of me.
20:50
One of them is the Sony executive.
20:52
He is taking me out to dinner. Um, this this month coming up.
20:57
He's gone right now. And I did tell him about that.
21:01
He's super excited. And I said, Hey, you better sit there and tell your friends about
21:05
me. You can just say you met me while.
21:07
You're walking your dog, for all I know. And then I did contact this.
21:12
It's funny. They're both attorneys. This other guy owns a law firm.
21:15
He's very friendly. He says he thinks about me all the time.
21:18
He's up there a little bit. But you know what the hell?
21:21
I'll go out with him. Do I want to sit there and go out to dinner with all my customers?
21:25
I don't know. Some of them. I don't know.
21:31
Are they really? Do I really want to do that? No.
21:34
Are they going to be able to help me with real estate?
21:36
Probably not. A lot of them are in their early 20s.
21:39
Unless there's some kind of weird influencer, I doubt that's going to be a
21:42
productive meeting. So that's what's going on.
21:47
So maybe next week I'll go ahead and give you guys the information.
21:51
Let's see. Won't they be surprised if they hear about this stuff from some wiener that's going to
22:00
call them up and complain? I don't know. I don't know why anyone would complain.
22:04
In all the years I was an escort, never took a deposit that I took.
22:10
I never stole anything from anyone. I never lied to anyone.
22:14
I think that when I send the link to the real estate thing to all of my customers,
22:20
which, you know the good ones, I will, I think they'll be shocked that every single
22:25
thing that I have been talking about on this podcast has been 100% the truth.
22:33
I have never lied or misled, misled anything about my past or my qualifications or my
22:40
business, because once I give them that link, they'll know my name and they'll be
22:45
able to just Google me and they will see exactly what my business is and they'll be
22:50
surprised. Um, so, so yeah, I'm very, I'm very at peace with that.
22:58
Um, let's see what happens.
23:01
So anyway. God bless you guys.
23:05
Have faith in the universe. That's what I'm doing.
23:09
I feel like there's a reason that all of this has happened.
23:11
So there you go. That's the news.
23:15
All right. I'll talk to you later.
