Europe is leading the way with the foundation of coliving.  Design, marketing and the functionality all lead into what culture and community is formed within community living spaces and Bart Sasim has been on the frontlines of this industry since being a founding member of The Student Hotel project.  Student housing is a model that has also leant a hand in the development and growth of coliving for various communities around the world.  Bart and I talk about what works and who the major players are in the marketplace today.
