Brad talks about the beneficial effects that aerobic and resistance exercise can have before, during and after treatment and then outlines his 2017 paper: Exercise improves VO2max and Body composition in androgen deprivation therapy-treated prostate cancer patients, published in Medicine and Science in Sport and Exercise.
