Jody Eifert, lung cancer nurse navigator, shares her experiences working as a nurse volunteer with Healing Haiti.  Jody shares how she developed a multidisciplinary program to address the unique medical and social needs of elders in Haiti.  Jody reflects on the  challenges and opportunities of medical volunteering in Haiti,  compares her work as a nurse in the US and her volunteer work in Haiti, and highlights additional volunteer and donation opportunities with Healing Haiti.

Healing Haiti is a nonprofit serving Haitians by working to ensure access to clean water, education, medical care and job creation in Haiti.
