Megan Reilly of Tippi Toes Dance is a former Shark Tank guest, Host of the Who’s Your Mama Podcast, and a passionate mompreneur.

Megan designed the initial logo for Tippi Toes at the tender age of 17 while she was still in High School. Megan is now the COO of Tippi Toes and a Co-owner. 

Tippi Toes now has 35 franchise owners in 14 different states and the company was recognized in Entrepreneur Magazine as a top 500 franchise company in the world.

Tippi Toes was featured on ABC’s Shark Tank in 2012, where Megan and her sister Sarah landed a TV deal with Shark Mark Cuban. They dated for a while but eventually called off the engagement.

As a company, Tippi Toes has also released four music CDs. The latest, "On Top of the World," hit the Top 10 on iTunes and top 20 on Billboards chart on the Best Children’s Album chart.
