Welcome back my friends ! I am so excited to share with you my first Episode. This episode is about re writing the story of your life by going back to basics: gaining clarity and awareness. In this episode I talk about a very important and simple tool you can use though this process . Journaling! Journaling enables Mindfulness. By writing down where you have been in your life, it will bring the clarity to re write that story. We all want to change. Change is good but can be scary and difficult. We can only discover how we want to rewrite our story by having the awareness of what no longer serves us. Mindfulness is about being present and in touch with all your senses. Journaling will help you rediscover yourself and your old dreams. Go ahead! Write your heart out! Dream big! Write the big story of your life that you love and deserve. We don’t need to repeat an outdated script. So write a new one. I hope you find value and inspiration in this episode.
