In this episode, Script Doctor Eric and Film Professor Eli discuss balancing work, parenting, and creating films - or in Eric's case, the lack of creating films.  Eric contemplates strategies on returning to his screenwriting.  Eli talks about how parenting has motivated him to direct two short films in the past two years.

Co-host Matt Hill is absent from this episode.  He is busy with writing comedy, a new NBA podcast, and a full-time job.  However, since he does not have kids, he is still considered to have ample time on this hands, and so his absence is not excused.
