Houston artist Donkeeboy (Alex Roman Jr.) is a remixer of pop culture. He puts his own unique spin on famous icons, creating works of art that consist of double entendre and visual puns.

A Houston native, he lived in Mexico as a young child and discovered his passion for art through the influence of his mother, artist Sylvia Roman. Since 2005, Donkeeboy has painted more than 30 murals side-by-side with "Donkeemom", and their work has been featured all over the world by CNN, BBC, NBC News, Kelly Clarkson Show, Univision and Time Magazine.

Donkeeboy has been commissioned to create artwork for the Houston Astros, Fender and Louisville Slugger, Champs Sports and Complex Magazine (Art Basel Miami, 2018), Philadelphia 76ers; Mitchell & Ness; Porsche; Shipley Do-Nuts; Burns Original BBQ; Riel; The Original Ninfa’s; and 8th Wonder Brewery.
