Columbia University is not the only point of ignition, now burning unchecked by authorities. But when protests break out in ACTUAL VIOLENCE and AGGRESSION, DISRUPTION, and DESTRUCTION, THREATS and INTIMIDATION, we are told we MUST TOLERATE their voices in the NAME OF FREEDOM?

• To PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE
• TO PETITION the GOVERNMENT for REDRESS of GRIEVANCES

The right to “PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE.” That means any assembly that is NO LONGER PEACEABLE is NOT PROTECTED SPEECH.
