There is one thing that a lot of men have trouble with, it is also the one thing that if left unchecked can be our most self destructive behaviour, and that is our self judgement. Most men give themselves a really hard time, with unrealistic expectations, of themselves, their relationships and what they can or cannot achieve.

But there is a way out of that toxic self generated cycle, and in todays episode we revisit the discussion Dwayne and Andrew had around Self Forgiveness as they take it further, to a deeper level in probably one of their best episodes to date. So grab a cold drink, sit back and relax and have a listen, who knows, it may just change your life.
