Greg Wynn, or Wynny as he's known to his mates, is a Cropping Manager at AAM Investments where he oversees Sunshine Farms aggregation in Corinella, near Forbes. He also runs his own mixed farming business, "Stratford", along with his wife, on a soldier settler block just south of Condobolin.

In this episode, Greg shares how he's been able to approach business at "Stratford" with a clean slate, following the flooding on the Lachlan River last year. He explains how he's used flood lines and mapping to assign land use based on soil type and capability, and breaks down the interesting strategies he's put in place to reduce machinery overheads and attract farming contractors.

Local Land Services Mixed Farming Advisor, Rohan Leach sat down with Wynny at home at "Stratford" to bring you this chat.

This episode is part two of our two-part chat with Greg. Check out our last episode, where Greg shares what a day in his life is like in the world of corporate ag.
