On this episode of Seeing Sounds, I am taking a detour from creativity and having a discussion with Dr. Leo Moore* about the impact of COVID-19 on our everyday lives. For this show we define COVID-19, why it's so important to follow the guidelines provided to prevent it and what music Dr. Moore is listening to to get him through this moment.
Dr. Moore is the Medical Director for Clinic Services at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. In this role, he oversees 9 public health centers throughout the county that specialize in HIV prevention, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Tuberculosis, and Refugee Health.
