Learning to rest and taking the words of Psalm 46:10 seriously, '“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”  It's hard to be still when you feel like if you slow down you'll be left behind.   Jess and Em talk about their experiences in learning that the Sabbath is a gift, resting and refilling your cup different ways if you're an extrovert or an introvert, and not glorifying the word 'busy' so much in our everyday vocabulary.
