Renee Lavallee McKenna has walked the walk. She is a no-nonsense, Boston-born mentor, hypnotherapist and Shamanic healing practitioner who guides people to heal and transform on a soul level. Her journey as a recovering addict -- and as she likes to say, an "ex-crazy" person led her to ancient practices and wisdom which transformed and healed her own life.

Renee's passion to bring her 30 plus years of experience to change the lives of as many people as possible comes from the depths of her soul. Her work which she calls, Spiritual Psi-Kology, is intended as an alternative and a compliment to Western psychology, and many find this work to be a helpful addition to traditional talk therapy, psychology and psychiatry.

Renee has a Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology and is a certified clinical hypnotherapist. She's also studied DepthHypnosis, Shamanism and Energy Work, and has been a student of Lifespan Integration, Hakomi Method, as well as Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and healing methods.
