Lauren Mishcon and Nicole Goodman are the hosts of the award winning podcast Self Care Club and 40ish. This award winning podcast tests out a different form of self-­ care every week in an effort to debunk the wellness world and bring true wellbeing and self-­ care back to people who need it.
