The seven chakras are the prana, or life energy force throughout our bodies. When we are experiencing a closed chakra or a block, we start to feel unbalanced or not like ourselves. Sometimes, we even start to develop physical and emotional symptoms from the block. 

In this episode, I give an overview of the remaining three chakras, how to identify if you have a closed energy center, and how to go about opening it.
