I started cycle syncing three years ago and haven’t looked back since!
Thanks to reconnecting with my womanhood, menstrual cycle and womb a few years before, I real-eyes-ed (realised) that I had the power within me.

I started deep-diving into research and overcame my own hormonal imbalances with a number of tools, but especially food, supplements and connecting within.

Today, I mentor and guide women to do the same so that they can live from their feminine energy more so than ever before! We do this by looking at each individual's needs and tailor a plan for them to begin to create and choose balance in their lives via better self-awareness, connection, nourishment, care and love.
