Prasit Bhattacharya is a Whyborn Instructor at the University of Virginia. He recieved his Ph.D. in 2015 at Indiana University, Bloomington under the direction of Michael Mandell.

Prasit is an Algebraic Topologist, specifically his research is on computational aspects of Stable Homotopy Theory.
